how was this forum made

um I just wanted to know if any one knows how this forum was made! becus I wanted to go on the same site tht who ever made ths site used to make it so that I could make one myself because I want to redo my forum but I want to have the same permissions as the person who made this site had. in other words I want to have all privilages to add what ever I want to my site. so if anyone know the awnser to ths question please post it here.

that website that you gave me called rock and roll or wht ever took me to a website tht has nothing to do with creating a forum all it is is some sort stock website so I'm guessing its an inaccurite link.

if anybody has a better awnser or a more accurite link please post.
