Ah, that's a good point. You may be right there. Maybe they did it so that there wouldn't be a confusion of authority (for the sake of a quick plot without any side tracking). But I do think Stoik > Elder.

This may be a question for the author, but why don't dragons like smoked eel? D: I think it tastes yummy [in sushi]. I bet there's a story behind that!

The movie was quite good. I just watched it again. I love it, and I giggle every time I see it about how cute Toothless is. I just find him to be so adorable. It's his eyes. His eyes have so much expression for an animated creature.​
