Plot: From the studio that brought you "Shrek," "Madagascar" and "Kung Fu Panda" comes "How to Train Your Dragon" - a comedy adventure set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons, based on the book by Cressida Cowell. The story centers around a Viking teenager named Hiccup, who lives on the island of Berk, where fighting dragons is a way of life. The teen's smarts and offbeat sense of humor don't sit too well with his tribe or its chief... who just happens to be Hiccup's father. However, when Hiccup is included in Dragon Training with the other Viking teens, he sees his chance to prove he has what it takes to be a fighter. But when he encounters (and ultimately befriends) an injured dragon, his world is flipped upside down, and what started out as Hiccup's one shot to prove himself turns into an opportunity to set a new course for the future of the entire tribe. It looks cute. ::L: It has the voices of Jay Baruchel, Gerard Butler, Craig Ferguson, and America Ferrara.
That made me lol pretty hard. I don't know about this movie. The graphics isn't my cup of tea and the plot doesn't appeal to me too well, but I might see this. His dragon's already my favorite character EDIT: Does the dragon remind anyone else of Stitch?
UBER MISTAKE ON MY PART: It's called "How to Train Your Dragon", not "How to Tame Your Dragon". If a mod/admin happens by this, could you kindly fix the title of this thread, please and thank yous? :>
Dragons. 8D I've known about this movie for awhile but I didn't think a trailer would be up by now. It looks cool...and stuff.
Looks kind of cute. Maybe I'll take my little sister, on the pretense of her wanting to see it. Then again, maybe i'll just be patient and not see it till it comes out on DVD. One or the other. Either way, looks cute.
oh my god i remember reading this book in 5th grade, this book was so hilarious xD but this trailer looks NOTHING like the book, Hiccup did not even WANT to be a viking, his father was the one who wanted him to become one, and at that, Dragons were the buddies, and the way Hiccup finds the dragon is inside an egg. like i said, this is reaaaaaly off but i still will watch it but if i watch the movie it might seem closer
