    well i dont think any one can help but i might as well try
    well a couple of month ago my computer was workin just fine then one day i try to turn it on and it says: "theres been a change in the hard drive, please insert CD" or something but it didnt come with a cd and wen i put exit it loads and takes me back to same thing
    and im using my moms comp and she got pissed and put a password so i can barely use it now so i need help

    thanks but the problem is that i cant even start it
    so i cant even download it
    that menu opens up when i turn it on and i cant get it off

    The CD that it's asking is the Windows CD... if you have it, insert it.

    So you can't do anything at all in your computer? Like go to start menu and open programs?

    no as soon as i turn it on that thing pops up
    it pops up when my computer is staring up

    Ah... I get it. It pops up in the black screen, before windows load, right?
    That's bad :/ Because you can't do anything.
    You should take that for fixing... it's not like we can help you much. The only thing that comes to mind is inserting your windows cd, but since you don't have it, then you should take it for fixing...
