IMO:

Xemnas: 40
Xigbar: 43
Xaldin: 39
Vexen: I think his age is a mistery, for me he looks older than he actually is.....maybe 45, but I can't say...
Lexaeus: 39
zexion: 17
Saix: 30
Axel: 25
Demyx: phisically 20, mentally 4, maximum 5 XD
Luxord: 35
Marluxia: 27
Larxene: 25, I think she and Axel are the same age
Roxas: obviously 15

Yeah. Axel looks between his late teens and early twenties. Larxene looks like she's twenty, but...
Xemnas doesn't look that old either, or Saix.

Xemnas = 29 or something... (Dont worry im just guessing)
Xigbar = 30's (He Isint as old as he looks I think Ansem said it in his report)

Vexen = (I think he is the oldest in the group) 40's
Lexaeus = 25-30
Zexion = 19
Saix = 20
Axel = 18-20
Demyx = 19!
Luxord = 24-29
Marluxia = 20's
Larxene = 20
Roxas = 15

 

I'd say he was about 24, 25? I think either Xigbar or Vexen is the oldest, and I know for a fact that Zexion is second youngest...but I'm not sure about everyone else lol.

Well, Sora turned into a Heartless at the age of 14, which means Roxas is 14 but since Sora is now 15 so if Hayner and the Gang are 15, Roxas must be 15 so I think they do age.
