How long do you think Kingdom Hearts will Go?

Is that they will keep this series going. And then like some cliff hangers they may make another Final Mix so that you can understand it more. And also it really depends on how well this Birth By Sleep goes(Its just wat I think). Then again if Square Enix and Disney start to go at it then that could really be a big problem.Just like how they did Aqua in her dressing attire. But what if something eles happens bigger than just clothing. That would really suck a lot.

 

As long as the games get reviews or for request...course i think it's gonnna be the day that theres gonna be a keyblade where someone closes it.....Idk something like that.......

Plus the reviews and the demand are very high right now.......

Who knows?

When it ends, it ends because i bet if they put miley cyrus in kh3 i'll be scarred for life....O_O

Well, there's two more games and THEN KH3.

And then that's supposed to be the end of the Xehanort saga, but Nomura said they'll go farther and keep Sora as the main character.

But I could see him getting happy with how KH3 ended and stopping there.

 

Well who knows. I mean it was made by the makers of Final Fantasy. So it might still go on. Change the main characters and worlds a bit. I don't know. It's hard to say how long Kingdom Hearts will go on for. It might end after KH3 or maybe it won't. I mean for FF we have like FF I to FF XII right now and a hell of a lot of cut away games like Crisis Core, X-2, Dirge of Cerberus.

So it's a mystery to say that Kingdom Hearts will go on and on and on til the the directors of Square Enix decide to go to a different game idea.

 

It could go on till I have great grand children, and I'll still be a fan and buy em all. XD

Haha! Ditto for me too! I don't care if I'm on my death bed I'll still try to play it. And I hope in heaven (excuse me for those who are non religious and/or do not believe in this stuff) they have KH still going on through there.

I say keep them coming, but as long as they tie into some sort of plot and fill in the mysteries that have yet to be revealed. This is something that would be a waste. Sora's childhood days meaning the whole game is centered of him growing up on the island, not becoming a wielder of a keyblade yet, being with his friends and never leaving it. That would be something I would never buy.

 

As long as Disney has something to do with it, it could go on for quite a while. But there are like, shitloads of stuff we don't know, and..stuff.

Well to be quite honest I think the decision's down to the Square Enix fellas making the sequels. I'd doubt it'll die out too soon (Hell, the fanservice is still quite high) but like every other game, it'll have a lifespan and it will eventually end if they either cannot find ideas for a new game or they're happy with how KH3 ends.

 

We know that it will have at least 3 more games after BBS, and Nomura didn't say they were the LAST three, just the next three, so I'd say maybe like six more o_0

It's already past a trilogy with the handheld games.
And Nomura already said he wants to go past three.

I wouldn't mind if it stopped at three though.
Then again, KH could become Square Enix's new Final Fantasy.

 

I really don't know what to say in terms of the future.

I mean, yeah, KH is probably one of the best games I've ever played, but I don't want Square to just keep coming out with title after title :/

But at the same time, I really do adore Sora as a character, and would like to see what his future would be.

 

I hardly see how it could end up like Final Fantasy. Kingdom Hearts is a continual story; you have to play every game to have a clue of what's going on in the next one, otherwise you're lost. As for Final Fantasy, every installment is different, and has nothing to do with the other. That is, in the main series. The exceptions are the FFVII Compilation and FFX-2. I don't know about the Fables or Crystal Chronicles or Tactics, but maybe those are continual stories as well. Anyway, I really doubt that Kingdom Hearts would end up like the main Final Fantasy series where the storyline of one game has absolutely nothing to do with the other and takes place in a different universe. I can't say when or if it will stop, but I think it has to some time, because I don't know how much could be added to the story after KHIII comes out. It will go for as long as it goes.
