exercise for sure, anger is an energy, might as well use it constructively. That said I'm really never angry.

There are several ways in which I vent, as I do like to bottle my emotions. Either through singing (depending on my rage it could end up being falsetto or death metal bad) listening to music, drinking myself silly, video gaming, reading terrible stories (and I mean terrible! One involves a minge being the gateway to hell and that turned my anger into a hilarious outburst of laughter. That and the Hermione X Sorting hat fanfic), drawing, sleeping, hanging out, and practically derping around looking for new things on YouTube. I mean, this is all I can gather for now!

I personally let my anger out through exercise, and I'm really glad I picked up that habit. It's a win-win situation really: I get all my anger out, while benefiting from it

I will usually just listen to music or punch drywall. It works. Sometimes though if the anger is bad enough, I will just cry it off.

For me, I bottle up the anger and then take it out playing video games; :noworries: it is always Kingdom Hearts, nothing too violent.
I tend to overthink situations. If someone is staring I get angry ehehe. So I need better methods to vent....

I control it and turn it into motivation or reason if it is at a person. If I get truly angry at someone, I will plan their demise very carefully. I never fly into a blind rage or destroy things; I hate the destruction of property. Nothing gets me angry like losing something. I could kill someone for book burning.

I control my anger based on whether being angry will improve the situation or not. When I decide that I can improve the situation, I try to channel my anger into motivation for improving it and instead of yelling, insulting and so on take the most efficient path to my victory. I do not always succeed, alas...

When I conclude that I cannot improve the situation, I do not get angry. It is almost subconscious for me to make this distinction, because I do not have to think about it most of the time.

I just bottle it up and never say a word bout it. My mates think i never get angry/sad however i do but i just smile and get on with myself. Listening to my music helps me forget all my anger/sadness.

I shut down and hide until the worst is passed (or rather, until I have made the worst pass) then I re-emerge an irritable introvert.

I write a song about it. Then if it's dope I record it.

I do what I do best: Talk, write, and play games. Talk it out with someone trustworthy, write with some music to distract myself, or discharge my anger through a controller and the bodies of some hapless rag dolls. Hopefully as soon as possible; retaining anger is VERY dangerous for me, or more specifically the people around me.

Listen to/play music. Get out of the house for a walk. Write a story or poem. Go on a photo walk. Film something. Paint, draw, write my feelings in a journal. My psychologist told me writing out your feelings and then locking them is good relief for most unfavorable emotional states. So there's a tip for all those struggling(:
