i'm not sure how i do it actually. i've been told that i'm not a very angry person. but when i am angry, i just tend to do nothing about it. i guess it might be bottling my feelings up?

Anger is an odd concept to me now but when I do get angry I usually play a fighting game, I recommend any of the DBZ games.

But I have been known to act like Shizuo and throw around whatever I can get my hands on but that's only when I'm REALLY pissed.

I talk to people I trust about how I'm feeling. If my boyfriend can't talk I'm really close to my parents believe it or not. I also sing really loud. Makes me feel better. Also killing a few people in a video game always helps.

I will go walk for a few hours and listen to music to get it off my mind, or, and this one will probably seem really mean, get on halo or some shooter game, and cuss up the biggest ****storm on all the players.

    I never get angr-*shot*

Well, generally I'll keep it in unfortunately. I don't forget about it, depending on how severe my anger got. But afterwards I'll generally seclude myself and listen to blues music of many genres.

I tend to just vent my anger to myself as i don't want anyone to see me angry. I'm not the kind of person who stays upset for a long time so i tend to get over whats bothering me rather quickly.

Sometimes i just go out for a walk or find a place to a sit in a park or something while listening to music.

I generally tend to bottle all my negative emotions up. I really hate getting seen in a state, and I find that talking to someone about it never helps me.
On very rare occasions I will just snap, going on to do things such as scream, or slam something down fiercely. I try to avoid hitting people on such an occasion.

If I'm alone, and I just can't keep it in, I break down into tears.

I bottle it up, sleep it off, or take my anger out on video games. So far Fatal Frame has been making me happy when Im mad because Im sucking their souls like a monster with my maxed out camera making all the ghost suffer in pain when I charge it! >:D

Running laps or working out while listening to music seem to help me out if I don't want to throw my game controller or handheld at the wall Lmao xD

Perform a task that I've been putting off.
Usually getting pissed off motivates me to actually do things.
That or ***** to the person who lives with me.

I put some headphones on, turn on some music, grab a pencil and my sketchbook, and just cut loose. I've been known to draw 14 pictures in one sitting before, none of them truly vent art.

I used to take a CD of loud music and go for a long drive on one of the scenic roads nearby, but then gas prices started rising and it wasn't so relaxing anymore. Plus it scared my mother to think that I was driving around in a killing machine, angry.

Well for me, it all depends on the intensity of how angry I am.

Usually, I just have to lock myself up in my room and blast metal or screamo loudly to calm myself down. After a while of listening, like 3 - 6 songs, I'll be totally fine and in a peaceful state. This is the reason why I still have full-on-screamo-with-no-singing-at-all-kind-of-like-BMTH in my iPod rather than songs that you can understand like ones from Pierce the Veil.

Other times, when it's probably at a greater intensity, I like to be expressive. I have to write down how I feel on paper or draw some horribly morbid and violent things-- not to whatever or whoever I'm mad at! Just morbid and violent things in general. Which helps calm me down and actually sometimes brings some pretty fun things to look at! I also like to bundle up and hide under the covers will cuddling into my stuffed toys and crying. I feel like crying is like the release of emotions so it really helps me. After I've cried it out or probably fallen asleep, I'm good again.
I also like to roll around in bed hehe.

    Venting anger . . . ?

Well, I feel like my reply will be half good and half bad. See I have a slightly large anger problem. I have a very low tolerance for a lot of things and very easily lose my temper. This has gotten me into a lot of bad spots. I don't really manage it to be honest, and a lot of people have considered me physically dangerous . . . It kind of sucks because I don't have many friends left that can put up with me. Though I guess I don't mind.

If I had to say I dealt with my anger in any one way, I'd say it would be with music, preferably the bluegrass band Nickel Creek. They're music really relaxes me and sets me to think clearly when I regularly wouldn't.

Other than that, I throw things, punch walls, and basically become a hazard to the public.

There are several good ways to deal with anger, I find.

Listening to some jazzy music really helps. Trance is also very relaxing. But really, whatever genre of music you listen to that helps you calm down and relax will work.

Going for a walk or a run can also be very good. Pretty much any exercise in general will do. Punching bags are what most people would probably recommend, though. xD

I hardly ever get angry, if at all, but playing Metal Slug games (on Easy, mind you) is probably a surefire way to vent my anger.

it's hard for people to get me angry, but when I do get angry, usually I just pace around a little, or play my DS.

I use to bottle it up, but now if I can, I write down what is getting be mad, or tell a friend via text. Sometimes I just sit in my room (Or lay on my bed) and cry.

    jk

I usually like being alone when I'm angry, because I'm rarely the type of person that shares feelings, so I don't vent. What I do is I trying to distract myself with a book, playing videos games (ones that won't frustrate me) or just generally surfing the web for good jokes. If that doesn't work, I take long walks. That usually calms me down.
