What do you do to fall asleep? Count sheep, backwards from 100, etc etc.

 

Bang my head into the wall until I fall into unconsciousness.

I HAVE to read or listen to my iPod, or both before I go to sleep.

If I don't, I can't sleep.

 

I just close my eyes and think back on the day. I imagine how I could have improved or worsened it depending on what I had chosen to do. Some of the shit I think of is pretty weird.

 

A plot the destruction of the world, dealing with things such as statistics, dooms day device prints, and other things,whilst attempting to fall asleep within my bed of comfortosity.

I personally lay in bed and think about how much i hate myself. Usually by the time i'm feeling like offing myself i fall asleep. Which is probably a good thing, now that i think about it.

I play War of The Lions until my eyes start to get heavy, then I'm of to sleep.

 

I hear they rather well at the Pantie Tango, but never tried, since I never really stayed in a Canadian enviroment.
