Right, that's what I'm sort of getting at.
I think it's that she has some relation to Aqua, and she has a strong heart.
Aqua was in the Keyblade Wars (or whatever it's called) and used a Keyblade, so then it would make sense for Kairi to be able to use one.

Yeah. The Kingdom Key is like...the Godfather of Keyblades.
There's others, but not as powerful/have some connection to the worlds or people's hearts.

I agree with DPwolf here. It's a good possibility that Kairi is related to aqua, so possibly that also plays a part in how she is able to use a keyblade. Her heart is supposed to be very strong so I can understand why it would make sense for her to be able to weild a keyblade. Riku (as stated before) obviously delivered it to her; that may have something to do with the fact that shse was unable to summon it and needed Riku to show her that she was indeed able to weild it.​

If it's because her heart is pure, then why is it that RIKU is the one that pulls it out of nowhere?

I still think that Kairi's Keyblade came from Aqua...and if Mickey knew about it, Mickey did say that Ansem was his good friend, so Ansem would know about the Keyblade and perhaps gave it to Riku for Kairi.

 

Nomura said that Kairi being able to use a Keyblade is hinting at something. So I don't think it's as simple as her having a strong heart. If that were the case, wouldn't all seven Princesses of Heart have the ability to wield Keyblades?

 

Where do you guys think Riku got it to start with? Ansem is a possibilty, but do you guys have any other ideas?

If Nomura himself said that the scene with Kairi and the Keyblade was hinting at something, then I think that it definitely has something to do with Aqua.
Being in the "Keyblade War" and whatnot, I'm assuming there'd be Keyblades for those associated with the War.

in that place (the place that is seen in the secret video of kh2) there are MANY KEYBLADES
all the people with a pure heart can perhaps receive a keyblade from there:bounce:
