To be honest once again, I don't mean to be harsh to anyone, I don't care what you believe in, feel free. But I believe all religion should be disproved, the reason I'm saying this is because I believe people are too lazy to even wait for them to die and learn the truth, I believe life should be lived and not be about people believing in something that is most likely false. Live a happy life, after all you only live once, so have fun with it, and in the end, when you die, you'll than learn the truth, lets say your whole life you are a strong religious person, you just know that there is a god, but than you die, and find out there is no god, you've than wasted your whole life believing in something that is not real, when I die, and if there really is a god, I'll just say "Oh, well that's good to hear". Overall, just live a happy life while you can..........you'll find out the truth, but don't go wasting your life on your beliefs.

But that's the thing. What if a person believes that the path to happiness is through religion? You cannot judge that. What if they are fulfilling their life by living through the teachings of a religion? Who are you to take that away, specially considering how you can't really disprove religion.

I do think Religion has become an opium in some cases. But that's not to say it's in every particular case. I do believe in a God, but religion is muddled beyond belief. We can't really say there's one true religion, because all are interpretations of something that was before them.

Correct me if I'm wrong because I don't know if your talking about my last post or not, but how am I taking that away? I don't care what you belive in, I don't, go ahead belive in god, go ahead, its your life, not mine. I just wanted to state my opinion about religion, not force you to belive in it. And you know what I don't think I was right about my last post, because I don't belive in a wrong or a right, there is no such thing as wrong and right.

As to how the world will end question, I don't think it will. You can smash the earth up as much as you want, as long as the laws of physics aren't broken, matter can't be destroyed, and if the universe is on an infinite time string, even if it goes through big bangs/big crunches, eventually all that matter will reconvene, meaning earth will exist once more. and if the infinite time string is true, this has probably happened many times before as well. But that's all hypothetical. In the Michael Bay sense of destroying the earth, this would mean the earth was dislodged into many chunks and sprayed out across the universe. Even if humanity is eradicated, the earth as an orb twirling around the sun will probably be around much longer, perhaps even surviving the death of sol. It will either eventually be swallowed by a black hole, crushed in a collision of galaxies, or smashed by an unusually large extraterrestrial object, on the far far end of the spectrum of likelihood, it may survive until the hypothetical big crunch, where it will meet it's end, but shortly (relatively speaking, in the universe's time) reconvene into something new, or (very unlikely) itself again.

How is there no "wrong" and "right"? Are you saying that it's religion that influences our morality, so we end up claiming something as wrong or right? If I sound mean, I'm sorry. I just need to know.

In regards to the real question here, you can disprove religion in some aspects. For example, Christianity; if God was all merciful, why would there be cancer patients, suffering?. There are so many ways. But who are we to try and understand God? God is a divine being with a whole different understanding of things. He is on a whole other plain of existence where time most likely does not matter. So in short, yes, you can't disprove religion like everyone else has said.

The world can end in many ways. There's even one where this could all be a dream, because by a philosopher's standards, we have no proof that we truly exist.

I will quote the Doctor from Doctor Who: "You never take time to imagine the impossible. That maybe you survived."

Or something of those lines. Yes, I'm being a smart ass...again.
