There's a lot of human activity that isn't parallel to animal activity. What do you define as "natural?" What would convince you that homosexuality is natural?

Do you have a survey or source or something for this (If by "many" you mean the majority)? Because it seems homosexuals raising children is a big issue. Not every gay couple has an interest in raising children, but neither do every straight couple. Some gay couples do have an interest and so do some straight couples so I don't understand what your point is with this line?

Also, to agree with something Killjoy said earlier, I don't like the term "Homophobia" either. A good number of people are scared of the homosexuality idea and what it "can do to society," but for the most part, disagreeing or intolerant =/= fear.

I've always been pro-gay rights and I've always believed it was natural, but, as some people already said, it doesn't sit well with me to see it. I see a straight couple making out, I might be slightly disgusted depending on their level of making out. I see two guys making out? There's no "might" or "slightly" about it, I will be grossed out. Of course, as most straight guys, I do like the idea of two girls making out (no idea why, but that's as far as I'll take it with two girls. Lesbian sex is a boring sight for me >>). I believe it is natural and "homophobia" is a strong form of discrimination and, in some cases, ignorance, but I still find the idea of two guys going at it....gross.

I've always found it comical that the question whether homosexuality is "natural" or not is even a factor in some people's rationale.
I kinda like Umiyuri Papaeyra's contribution in this thread. Suppose homosexuality isn't natural. Is that any reason at all to oppose it?
Technology, religion, art, love... All are unnatural in a way, and natural in another. Remove everything that doesn't feel quite "natural" and you'll have us walking on all fours licking ants from a stick at one point.

Homosexuality is a blessing actually. Earth is already to crowded for my taste, at least homosexuality helps in preventing the world's population from growing at an even more freakish rate.
