Also: Please, please, lets not make any OC's that are sons/daughters of the HP-cast, it'll just turn in to a 'my dad's more famous than your dad!'-competition. In my opinion making references to the more famous characters is fine, as long as you don't go in to insider knowledge, like "Harry Potter made up his monthly prediction for the Divination homework", etc. Although, if this is supposed to be the year 2009, I think Teddy Lupin would be going to the first year of Hogwarts right now xD​

Why doesnt hagrid have to play quidditch. he may be a teacher but still you're going to make a 13 year old with a fear of heights go 100 ft in the air.

 

OOC: How did Hagrid get pulled in to this? This has nothing to do with him. The Quidditch form is optional, your character doesn't have to play it if he doesn't want to.

Quick question though, is Professor McGonagall still there, I remember reading something about her retiring after Deathly Hallows, but having her still teach would be a bit easier, we wouldn't have to make up a teacher...​

OOC: We've got of the train, and we're now at hogwarts, another guy joined, and we're about to enter. You can take us into hogwarts I guess. Well, not take us, but you know, be a teacher.

 

OOC: Not much, mainly clearing up confusions. Everybody is in Hogwarts now, I suppose...

Bic: Maria waived at them again, while the crowd kept pushing her towards the Great Hall.
"Wait there, Professor McGonagall is going to come soon and guide you to the Sorting. Good luck!"
She let the crowd take her in to the hall, where she quickly took her seat at the Ravenclaw table, reuniting with her friends and cousin, and conversing with them about their summer holiday.
