Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry

"Can someone help me with this stupid robe-tying thingy?" Zack asked, still trying to do it himself.

 

"Good." Dee replied as she pulled her socks up. "I don't want to get eaten by a squid before I even get into a House." She giggled. "I'm coming out now Maria." She said before reaching for the latch on the 'bathroom' door.

 

"Huh? Oh sure, come here, I'll get it straightened out for you..." Maria said, going towards the boys bathroom, trying to remember how much the male versions of the robes differed from the female.
"You'll manage by yourself, right Jaymes?"

 

Dee jumped out of the cubicle, pulling her bag out behind her. She dumped the rucksack by her feet, which were covered in a pair of battered looking black school shoes. Her blank, black tie hanging around her shoulders. After a moment she started to fight with it, trying to figure out the way to do it up.

 

Zack, still needed to put his shoes on, they were the slip on shoes, he slipped his foot in.
"Done!"
Zack said, he suddenly looked down the isle.
"The sweets!"
He said, as he ran back to the seat, waiting for the carrige to come by. He pulled up some money from his pocket.

((Lol, whats wizard money called again O.o))

 

OOC- There's Galleons, the biggest gold ones, Sickles, the middle silver ones and knuts, the smallest bronze ones.

Dee slumped down the wall onto the floor, still fiddling with her tie. She'd never had to wear one before and had been too busy to try and tie one in practise before getting on the train.

 

Zack, wasn't even wearing his tie, it was around his neck, still un tied. He pulled out 6 galleons, 5 sickles, and 30 knuts. Altogether, he had 100 galleons, 150 sickles, and 500 knuts.

((I have no idea how much that is...a lot or not much??))

 

OOC- 100 Galleons is a hell of a lot, I'd say an average 11 year old would have the maximum of 50 on them at any time.

"I hate ties..." Dee muttered sulkily.

 

OOC: Nyeaa, don't care :P

"I know, why don't they just strap an elastic thing, around the tie, so it takes a short ammount of time to put it on."
Finally, the sweets came by,
"Any sweets?"
The old lady said,
"Yeah sure, can I take some Beans, Bloodpops, Drooble Gum Cockroach Clusters, Dementor Kisses!"
Zack said, the lady handed him over them,
"Actually, one of everything thing.."
Zack said, smiling.
"Make sure ou don't eat all of those in one!"
The lady said smiling. Zack stuffed all his sweets in his bag.
"That'll be 50 knuts."
She said, Zack handed over the money.

 

Dee watched Zack get the confectionary off of the woman who pushed the trolley with all the food on it. She just stared disbelievingly at the sheer amount he had just brought, she'd grown up being used to sweets being something that happened once or twice a year. Not something you could buy in such large quantities.

 

"Anyone want some Bertsie Botts Every Flavored Beans?" He said, he pulled out a sweet and put it in his mouth,
"EWW! SNOT FLAVORED ONE!!"
He said, spitting it out, as it accidentally came to the floor.

((Train journeys been long now, lets stop it of. Can someone who knows a bit more about exactly what you do when you come of the trains do it??))

 

"Drama queen." Dee giggled slightly.

OOC- I'll direct the students to the lake and such as a Headboy or Girl if you want. I just don't want to be Hagrid.

 

OOC:- Ok, Lol.

"Drama King! Why does everyone call me one though, I'm not that big of a Drama Queen."
Zack said, as he looked down on the table.
"AHHH!" He screamed a girl scream
"A SPIDER! AHHH!"
He said, moving back on the seat.

 

OOC: I could be Hagrid if it's okay with you guys, I've been rereading the books so I might actually manage to be in character >.<​

After changing in to her robes, Maria only bought a few Chocolate Frogs, and some pumpkin juice, she wanted to make sure she could eat as much as possible at the feast. Glancing jealously at the huge pile of money Zach had pulled out, she commented, "Wow, it took me two summers worth of Ministry-internship and being an assistant at Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor to get even half as much money as you've got!"
Extending her hand, grabbed Zach's tie, and fiddled with it for a minute.
"Here, you can loosen and tighten the tie as much as you like now, just don't untie it, unless you want to start playing with it again..."
She beckoned at Dee now, asking for her tie now, and barely noticing that she had flicked her wand to create a small gust of wind to take the spider out of the compartment.

OOC: I find myself going back to the third book especially to check names and stuff like that xD​

 

"Thanks..."
Zack said, still shocked about the spider.
"This is what I've been saving up over the years, my parents gave me 50 galleons, I saved up the rest. Well, most of it anyway.."

OOC:- Ok, that'll be cool.

 

Jaymes went into the bathroom to get changed

 

Dee stood up from her seat upon the vibrating carriage floor and wandered over to the older girl. "Thank you." She said gratefully. "You know, I think you have more money there then me and my Dad put together."

OOC- Just need the train to stop now XD

"Well, theres, birthday money, christmas money, thanks-giving money, pocket-money and a load of other money. Put it all together since I was like, 5."
Zack said, suddenly, the train slowed down.
"Are we here?"
Everyone, left the train.
"Well... lets go, then.."
Zack walked out of the train with the rest of the kids.
