Cade rolled his eyes

 

Lauren gulped and walked clumzily to the stool. She sat down.

 

"Hmm....I dont see many particular qualities in you...HufflePuff might be best for you..''The Sorting Hat said silently

 

As Lauren heard these words, she muttered. "I have qualities you don't know of".

 

"Oh!..and what qualities are those..?''The Sorting Hat asked

 

"Many" she continued, counting on her fingers. "I once made my skipping rope tangle arount the cookie jar so I could get it from the high shelf."

OOC: I know >< so lame. But I;m trying to make it childish xD

 

The sorting Hat paused"...You really are fascinating...but it seem's HufflePuff is best for you..unless you object..''

 

"Obviously I object!" she said out loud. "PLEASE put me in Gryfindor. I will prove you wrong"

 

Cade stared up at Lauren

The Sorting Hat thought for a moment"..Hmm...I'd like to see this..GRYFFINDOR!"The Sorting Hat shouted

Cade clapped,as did the rest of the Gryffindor's

 

Lauren grinned and walked professionally and proudly to the gryfindor table. "Ill teach that hat".

 

The Woman called up the rest of the first year's,some going to Revenclaw,other's to Hufflpuff,Slytherin,and more to Gryffindor

"....Granger,Cade"The Woman called

Cade walked pu proudly to the sorting hat and placed it on his head

"O!..the best one I've gotten all night....plently of intellect...you know many spells..much courage..you'll do anything for your friends...I could go on..but...GRYFFINDOR!"The Sorting Hat shouted


Cade smiled,he tossed the soting hat to the woman and ran to the Gryffindor tale

Lauren clapped but felt a bit sad that Cade was going to join her. Not that it was bad. Just he didn't like her much. And she wasn't too fond of him either.

 

OOC: Whew, put me in gryffindor :sweatdrop: Yay, everyones in gryffindor:) XD, you were going to put her in hufflepuff? XD Heeey, i had this great idea- what if Neville was proffesser? :D

 

OOC:that would suck...you do realize it's 12:00 am right? XD


One Hour Later...

Cade was sitting on the couch in the Gryffindor common room

Gemma sat down in the common room with Hogwarts- A History, deciding that if Cade and Mrs. Mcgonnal thought it was so bloody important than by Merlin's pants she would read it. SHe got two pages into it and put it down, unable to keep her attention on the book.

Instead, she pulled out a pencil and a drawing pad and began to sketch.

 

OOC:"And I dont want to forget how your voice sounds" that's a quote from "Dance,Dance" from fallout boy XD

Cade glanced over at Gemma and rolled his eyes"Witches these days...want to learn magic but cant read a simple book for 10 minutes..''he mumbled

 

OOC: :D Yes, yes it is :D I <3 fall out boy XD

Gemma heard him and looked up. "It's late. I could read it just fine any other time of the day. Besides," she said, "if I could sit down and read a book for ten minutes on top of the intelligence i already have, i would be in Ravenclaw instead of Gryffindor. So nyah." She stuck out her tongue at him and continued her sketch, which was now a very realistic-looking robin.

She finally sighed and muttered some magic spell to take off all the eraser shavings, leaving a beautiful drawing of a ruby-breasted robin sitting on a twig. "What do you think?" She asked, holding it up.
