Gemma looked at Lauren and lowered her voice. "Lauren, Voldemort was the Dark Lord. You've not yet heard of him? He was terrible. My mum and quite alot of other people helped fight against him. Oh, and let me know if anyone calls you a mudblood." She payed careful attention to what Hagrid was saying.

Hagrid looked at Lily"They're enchanted to move themselves..."he said simply as he climbed into a boat much larger than the other's

Cade stood up straight and climbed into a boat near Hagrid's

 

lily got in a boat,and looked around smiling

 

Gemma followed Cade. "Mind if I join you?" She asked, beckoning Lauren over.

"..If you want..''he mumbled,not looking her in the eye

"Quickly...Quickly.."Hagrid called as he tried to hurry things up

 

OOC: Score one for Gemma XDD FInally, someone who actually talks to her, other than lauren of course :)

Gemma climbed in, trying to keep her feet steady. "So," she asked convorsationally, "were your parents involved with the defeat of... You-know-who?"

 

Lauren looked at Gemma. "Was he really that bad?" Lauren climbed onto the boat.

 

"That's not even half of it," Gemma said darkly to Lauren.

 

Lauren looked at Lily, Cade and Gemma. "So this voldy fellow. What did he do?

 

Cade turned to Gemma and smiled,he nodded proudly"Yeah...a big part of his defeat..''he said

Hagrid took out his Umbrella wand fron his coat pocket,he cleared his throat and tapped his boat,suddenly his boat began to pull forward along with everyone elses

 

lily looked at them

 

She looked at Cade. "What do you mean?"

 

"Oh really? Who were they?" She smiled. "My mom was Luna Lovegood. Have you heard of her?" She turned back to Lauren. "Voldy-" she laughed- "tried to kill a boy named Harry Potter when he was little. (This is after killing a bunch of other people, of course.) He almost did, once, when Harry was only one, but the spell backfired somehow and ended up almost killing Voldy himself. Harry got away with only a lightning-shaped scar. Later in life (and you have no idea what happened in between) Voldy came back. Harry Potter, Ron Weasly, Hermoine Granger, Luna Lovegood, Neville Longbottom, and many, many proffessors all helped to kill Voldy. So now he is dead." She smiled in a satisfied-way.

 

Cade looked at Lauren with a sour look"....I said my parent's were a big part in the defeat of Voldemort...Blimey...''Cade mumbled with an annoyed look

They were approaching the castle grounds

 

"Ooooh!" Gemma squealed. "IT's the castle, look!"

 

lily looked right at her when she said harry potter"did i hear you right? did you say harry potter?"she asked

 

"Um...yeah, I said Harry Potter. Why do you ask?" She said, now defensive.

 

Lauren sighed. "Look, I've never heard of this Voldy fellow. How am I supposed to know about your past." She scowled at Cade.
