Hogwarts New Stories: Third Year

"Huh? Right..." She muttered brushing her hair behind her ear, the sleeve falling down just enough to show a few fresh cuts on her wrist. Conni completely oblivious to the fact the world could see the secret she'd been trying so hard to disguise.

 

Kai looked away from the cuts she could see on Conni's arm.

 

"Anyway..." Conni sighed lowering her arm again, making more of the cuts become visable. These one's deeper then the ones before, still a brillient bright red. "You alright?" She asked realising that Kai had looked away.

 

"I'm fine," she said, facing Conni again.

"Oh, yeah," Rox pulled something out of his bag and handed it to Kai. "Here."

Kai was confused at what Rox gave her. "A egg? You're JOKING, right?" Rox shook his head. "Why did you give me a egg, anyway?"

 

Nort shuffled through his belongings. "Where is it?"

 

"Well... I'm going over to my table. See ya guys later." She nodded before standing back up again.

 

Nort grasped the air around his neck where his mother's locket should have been. "Gone."

OOC: While I was gone I bought a quill and ink.

 

OOC- I've had them for ages, but I don't use it anymore. I get ink all over my hands, take a week to get the damn stuff off lol. It's like writing with a perminatly exploded fountain pen XDD

Conni sighed as she rubbed her sore arm and walked over to the Slytherin table. Sitting down next to the just arrived David. They immeaditley sunk into a animated convasation about a professional teams' Quidditch match from a couple of nights ago.

 

Nort sighed. "Dad is going to kill me."

 

"I swear to god, you explain the off-side rule to me one more time I will have to hurt you, you do realise that right?"
"Yeah yeah Con."

 

Nort looked around.

 

"You actully gonna eat today?"
"Nah... I'm not hungry..."
"That would be a lot more convicing if your stomach was making weird noises."
"Whatever..."
"Aconite Rexanna Ravena Malfoy. Eat something before I force feed you."
"Don't you full name me David Nathaniel Jackson!"
"Don't you change the subject Aconite. Now eat."
"Urgh... Fine..." Conni sighed poking at a sandwich feeling sick just from looking at it.

 

Nort stood up and went to his first class, mumbling. "My precious."

 

"Can I go know?"
"No, you still haven't eaten anything."
"I'll be late for my next lesson you know..."
"You'll be Late if you don't start eating again soon."
"I am eating, just not as much as I was. Which is a good thing..."
"Conni, you're the skinniest girl in the whole school. Give up on thinking you need to loose weight..."
"Whatever." Conni muttered standing up and taking her bag with her. "I'm fine, I'll eat when I'm hungry."

 

Nort glanced at his watch. "Dammit."

 

"Jesus..." She muttered irritbley as she walked towards her next class.

 

Kai ran to her class, the egg Rox gave her was secure in her hand. 'Man, I'm freaking late......'

 

"Kai, you late too huh?" Conni asked upon seeing her rounding the corner.

 

"Precious."

 

"Yeah!" Kai said. "Rox wanted to make sure that my 'egg' was alright. He thinks it gonna creak up soon."
