"Ahh, wish my Dad'd do that. 'Let's go hunting wanted criminals together!' But nope, I get 'How about I help you with your homework once I've finished watching the news.' My Dad's such a BLAST." Conni joked

 

"Yeah, I'm so lucky." Kai smiled, laughing. "He told me why he threatens Yuffie when she pisses him off."

 

"My parents are like that too, but it's normally the other way around. My Mum threatening Dad with going Eldar on his arse. Which I've heard her do." Conni snickered "So, how come Septherioth's like that?"

 

"He says that he was raised in foster care," Kai said. "His father was busy with exiperments, and even tried some on him, one of which gave him the power of Meteor. So when he met Yuffie, she was so hyper, he felt ready to kill her. But she gave him something, caring and love. So when she's hyper, he threatens to use his power on her village, or kill her and send a ramdon body part to her village."

 

"Well, no offense to you mother. But when she get's hyper she makes me when I'm p*ssed look like a doped up koala. Doesn't surprise me he'd feel ready to kill her. You're father isn't exactly a paitent man from what I've observed. I doubt he'd ever actully do it, my Mum's a ex-auror, I know creepy with her marrying Dad right? Anyway, she was always threating him with telling the others about some stuff Grandad's got hidden around the house. She never did it though, and she never would. Wouldn't want to risk loosing him. As nausitating as the idea of that is."

 

"I'm guessing she had too much sugar in her childhood," Kai said. "Besides, haven't you noticed in a way Rox is like Sephiroth?"

 

"Well, he looks like him. But bl**dy hell does my brother look like my dad. So it's kinda not surprising really."

 

"True, he looks like him. But consider his appearance. Most of his hair is red, while most of mine is silver." Kai said as she messed with a strand of her hair.

 

"I guess... But red hair's a genetic mutation that nature throws up every so often. Means nothing." Conni shrugged.

"Yeah, you're right." Kai sighed as Rox walked up, smiling.

"Hey, Conni, Kai." He waved at them, his bracelet showing.

 

"Hey Rox." Conni greeted, waving back slightly.

 

"Hey, Rox." Kai greeted, yawning.

"Someone looks like hell," Rox said, smiling as he sat down.

 

"Her or me? Coz she has a better excuse then me..."

 

"He's probably referring to both of us," Kai said. "I spent all last night with Sephiroth looking for the convict."

 

"I was p*ssed off my face, don't know how I managed it though... I didn't drink anything but coke last night..."

 

"Yeah, somehow I passed the Dementors as we flew through the sky." Kai said. "I don't seem to affected by them."

 

"Me either... It's really weird... I just feel... I dunno, I feel different. Just not worse. Random question, you think someone spiked my drink last night? Coz I really don't remember drinking any alcohol..."

 

"I guess it's just part of who you are," Rox said, smiling.

 

"Why do I feel unwanted here again..." Conni sighed in bordom. Feeling ignored.

 

"What about those who want you to stay here?!" Kai said, turning to her.
