"where'd he go?"she asked

 

"Kitchen I think." She said walking down the stairs

 

lily followed her

 

Lauren nodded and followed Conni down to the kitchen.

 

Draco was talking to some one in the fire. "Yes I know that. Do you think I'm blind?!"

"Dad?"

"Just my daughter, I'll get back to you..." He waited a moment the said "Yes Conni?"

 

Lauren looked in the fire but couldn't see the head.

 

lily looked at lauren then at the fire

 

"Umm... I was wondering..." She looked back at Lily and Lauren "Umm...What's wrong? You've been acting strange for ages."

"It's a long story and it's not that important..."

"Well it obviously is. If you're getting upset about it."

"It's nothing you need to worry about."

 

lily looked at conni

 

Lauren bit her lip again. Maybe they should've thought this through

 

Conni looked back at them again. "Fine then who was that?"

"Nobody."

"Come on Dad. I know every avoiding the truth thing in the book and a few I made up! Is it anything to do with Voldemort?"

Draco flinched slightly at the name.

 

Lauren looked at Lily. She didn't want to say anything.

 

"Yes and no."

"That dosen't help."

 

Lauren stared at the fire.

 

lily sighed

 

"Fine then if you're not gonna tell me you can help us."

"What do you mean?"

"I'll drop the subject if you tell us everything you know about Voldemort."

 

lily looked at them

 

Lauren just stared at them.

 

Draco hung his head and sighed "Fine. I'll tell you about Voldemort."

That dosn't say a lot about the other thing...
