Hogwarts: New Moon

ooc-I have my prelims in like two or three weeks....scaring me so badly...plus that fact that I have these 6 months left of my 5th year then 6th year then im done with school O_o....

OOC- I don't even HAVE to be in school anymore, that scares me loads ._. Means I can get kicked out for real D:

Lake blushed brightly in embarrassment. "I-I-I'm n-not..." She stammered out in the midst of various cute embarrassed noises.

 

ooc-its the same for me....I want to be in school...I need my grades to get into college and uni and stuff but its getting so scary

"You can have the rest of mine if you want..."He said"Im goin' for a shower soon anyways"he streched and yawned again

 

OOC- I'm scared because if I fail more then two mock exams (get less then 40%) I get kicked out for good ._.

"No, it's okay..." Lake replied quietly, hiding under her hair.

 

ooc-thats not very fair is it? what if you have a bad day?

"No seriously...you should eat something"he said heading towards the stairs"Just gonna take that shower just now...that way Im not waiting around all day for little miss vanity over there to hurry up"

"Oi"Maddie said"Your as bad as me."

 

OOC- Then you're bad day cost you your qualifications ._.

Lake placed her hand on her stomach as it let out another small growl.

 

he stuck his tounge out once,looking about five years old before turning and going up stairs

OOC- It's so the school's grades don't go down more then anything I think ¬¬

Casey looked over at his wife. "I think you should try and get something sorted for Lake to eat, she sounds like her stomach's moments away from eating itself." He chuckled, feeling slightly mean afterwards when he saw the embarrassment on the poor girl's face.

 

"Sit down Lake"she said smiling"And dont listen to a word Casey says...ignore him...most people do."

Cory snickered

 

Lake smiled slightly as she sat down at the table nervously, she perched on the edge of the seat.

 

Maddie folded the dress back up and put it back in the box

 

Lake shuffled her feet as she sat silently at the table.

Mickey was sitting on a stool,tracing the opening of a bottle next to him,his eyes had that glassy 'im in my own world' look he looked faintly flushed,but that may have been the heat of the many bodies packed together

Maddie slammed the front door behind her,looking close to tears

"Your back early"Cory said glancing up from the tv

 

Lake was sat on the seat next to him, the amount of people in the room making her feel very uncomfortable and self-concious. There were so many girls around wearing mini skirts and vest tops and various other sexy outfits, and there she was in her long-sleeved jacket and knee length dress. Feeling out of place and out of proportion.

Immy, who was half way up the stairs, wandered back towards her older sister.
"Are you okay Maddie? You look really upset..." She enquired, furrowing her brow worriedly.

 

"You alright Lake?" He asked looking at her,then glancing up at Ronan who looked near enough cornered by some pretty blonde girl,who hadnt left him alone, not gonna even bother..."You look...I dunno...I cant think of a word for it."

She sighed "No Immy...Im not...He cant understand....Things like this happen....it was a accident."

"what was a accident Maddie?"Cory said sharply,He got up"What happened to your arm?"he said tugging it into view"what happened?"


"Nothing.....it was nothing! I got a paper cut ok? Jasper....you know he hasnt been off the Human blood as long as the others...he....Anthony pushed me out of the way...I fell and hit their table....Got glass in my arm...Carlisle stiched me up though....Anthony...he's upset....but Jasper didnt mean it! he didnt! its not his fault.....I dont blame him....it was a accident." she said with a almost desperate air..as if she'd tried to explain this to Anthony



Lyra sighed"What are we gonna do with you huh?"she got up too,Maddie felt like a child when her mother said that,she'd often said it when one of her children injured themselves,she had looked the same way too....Sympathetic....Understanding shone int Lyra's eyes"Of course it was Maddie."

 

"Out of place?" Lake laughed nervously. "Look... Erm... I'm not sure that coming out with you guys was a good idea. I look like a fish out of water, and I'm sure you'd rather be with your friends who know what they're doing. I should just go..." She sighed, brushing her hair out of her face. She always felt like she didn't belong around his other friends, like she was getting in the way. And she hated it, the only reason she'd even agreed to come in the first place was to be a quick save if Mickey got too drunk and told everyone his 'furry little problem'.

"I have some of Grandma's healing potion upstairs if you want it, it should fix it faster." Immy suggested, the potion may of stung like a bee but at least it sorted out pretty much any cut instantly.

 

"Thanks Immy."she said

"No Lake, I want you to stay..."he felt his face heat up,then grinned"Besides...who else is gonna help my call Cory when its time to go home? I dont think Ronan will...and Shawn's in no better state either"He laughed

 

"I'll go get it." Immy nodded, quickly she took back up the stairs and into her bedroom.

"I guess..." Lake mumbled, hiding under her hair. "I just get the feeling your friends aren't too fond of me, that's all..."
