"No.. nothing's happened. That's just the problem... I've been in and out of crappy jobs since the end of our the battle, so's Nort. Then Casey showed up, so then it was a case of wedding or baby... My parents are nagging me to get married, even though we can't afford it..." Conni sighed

 

"Maybe....i could get uncle gorge to give you a job....or you could work at hogwarts or something..."Lily said

 

"Thanks..." Conni smiled sadly, gentley swaying Casey side to side. "Sorry about me just falling apart on you... Everythings just pileing up at the moment... We're three months behind on rent, maxed out every credit card, got like a million loans all over the place..."

 

ralene sighed in her office..jack walked in

"you know..i really think you should become friends with lily and conni again" he said

"il be willing to.when they are.."

"thats not the point..i know your a good person..now make friends.." he said sitting opposite her

"yeah...when hell freezes over"

 

"Yeah... well. I gotta go," Conni said setting Casey down and taking his hand, "Come Case."
"No..."
"DON'T PUSH ME!"
"Sorry Mummy..."
"You better be..." You can be such an annoying little brat at times... Conni walked on towards Ralene's office. After cheacking Lily couldn't see her she knocked on the door.

 

jack sighed..im off bye..." he walked out..he smiled at conni.

"come in.." ralene said not looking up from her work..writing franticaly on parchment

 

Conni carfully came in and dragged Casey in after her "Umm, Hi Ralene..." She said and smiled weakly.

 

ralene looked up..she smiled.."hey conni.." she said smiling

Jack picked up chrizlee and jaynie from there pre school

 

"Umm, I just wanted to you know, mend some bridges... so yeah, sorry if we did anything that upset you that night..." She said rubbing the back of her head nervously. Conni was also trying to stop Casey running off, the last thing she needed was him jumping all over the place.

 

ralene smiled.."nothing went wrong..i just..grew tired..and..it wasnt helping with everyone having a go at me for killing a deatheater..so i just..you know..got up and left...so no need to say sorry.." she said grinning

 

"You sure?" Conni asked sighing in relief, she'd expected to have somthing thrown at her, or at least she thought she was going to scream at her.
"I wanna goooooo!" Casey whined quietley, trying to tug her skirt.
"Casey don't pull my skirt..." She hissed pulling it away "You know what happened last time you did that."
"Everyone saw your under--" He was cut off as she clapped her hand around his mouth.

 

ralene grinned.."this is why im thankful i have two girls" ralene said grinning.."although its very confusing between who is who.."

 

"So you got kids now, married?" She asked glaring at Casey. Who just giggled and sat down quietly, he knew when he should push her any further, and he'd been yelled at twice already...

 

"yeah...two twin girls..and the man who passed you just then..thats my husband.." she said grinning.."you married?" she asked

 

Conni sighed "Not yet, we didn't have that as a choice really, it was have Casey or get married."

 

"aw.." ralene smiled at her.."there was a time i had that choice to..id just had my two..id just turned 18 aswell...things turned out for the best though.. and they will for you to" she said smiling..she looked at casey.."im taking a guess at saying norts the father?"

 

"Things turning out alright... I'm not so sure. Everything's just sorta, falling apart... Never mind. We've been through worse." She said trying to grin. "And yeah, he is. His face when he found out,totally priceless!"

 

ralene grinned.."trust me..things will turn out for the best..think..where would you be if you got married? sure you'd be married..but could you imagine your life without casey?" she asked

 

lily walked outside

 

"Not really, no. But I guess it'd be a hell of a lot less stressfull." She laughed. "You know he mentioned what happened when he tugged my skirt, that was about half an hour ago. So yet another job I won't be getting..."
