    how come right before you fight Demyx, you see a scene of Zexion and Vexen, they still alive? (or maybe it was a flashback...?)

    The scene of Xemnas visiting Aqua's armor and the scene with Xigbar, Vexen, and Zexion are both flashbacks. The bigger question is why was it shown just before you fight Demyx, because they seemingly had nothing to do with the present situation.
