Hm... well, the girl looks a little blurry compared to the effects, so my attention isn't really drawn to her. that sign to the left is a bit distracting, and there doesn't seem to be a light source. the effects themselves are nice, and the colors aren't bad [even though I'm not a fan of warm colors], and your smudging is as always, impeccable. Some text might look nice. not bad. :3
Fill in the empty space in the top-left and it will be perfect. Other than that one thing, it's great.
