Oh come on...there's gotta be something about it you don't like.../:

 

Yup, it's too overloaded. The right is great. Left side is way too loaded with stuff.
I'd take off or lower the opacity of some of the bars that are to the right of the left group of bars (am I confusing you?).
Too much lighting on the left too.
Depth is okay too but I guess all Anime tags normally are missing depth.
On the + side, great colors, great flow, great text.
How bout a border?

Well...there's a bomb exploding right in front of her...like...two feet from her face. Would the bars really be less visible NEARER to the bomb?

 

That doesn't really look like an explosion. More like a spot of color.

 

You can't see the explosion itself, it's off-screen.
