Neither. Cyrus's songs are too pointless and she just repeats the same lyrics whereas Hillary has songs that are either WAY too upbeat or WAY too depressing.

 

I'd so with the Depressing.
But there's one song that isn't go depressing... The Beat of my heart. xD
But I don't think that there to upbeat.

I used to be a good fan of Hillary, and I definately can't stand Miley, so I choose Hillary.

Miley Cyrus is just annoying. Hilary Duff is okay, but she irks me after a couple of songs. So neither.

Well, not so much emo. More or less just saddening. Emo music is where the lyrics are depressing. Her tone when singing is depressing, that's all.
