Clint sat and watched her.

 

Jules finished the last piece of pizza and sipped the last of her soda. She realised Clint had been watching her but didn't mind. She felt happy being with him.

 

The waitress came back and asked "You two finished?"

 

Jules nodded and smiled at Clint. "Thank you" she said. She really enjoyed the evening.

 

"He got a table in corner and ate five slices, then left, "later guys..."he said to jules and clint.

 

"Would you like it boxed up?" she asked Clint. "Please." he said. She went to go box it up and get the bill.

 

Jules waited for him, watching him go to pay the bill. She waved to Christian and looked around the room at the other people there. It was hard to imagine knowing as many people as Clint did.

 

He paid for their meal and went back to the table. Grabbing his boxed up pizza, he asked "Ready to go?"

 

"I'm ready when you are." Jules walked at his side. She hoped that he would ask her out again.

 

"Alright!" he said, leaving the waitress a tip. They went to his bike and asked "Is there anything else you would like to do?"

 

"Just spend time with you." Jules wondered what he wanted to do. She put on the helmet and climbed on the back ready.

 

He blushed a little. He was very lucky to have her. "Is there anyplace special you want to go, or would you like me to take you home now?" he asked, getting on and putting on his helmet and the pizza box in a leather bag on the side of the seat.

 

!"I'd better go home soon. Why don't you come with me and stay for a bit? You can see if there are any CDs you want to borrow,"

 

"That sounds like a great idea!" He started up the bike.

 

Jules put her arms round his waist and relaxed. She enjoyed riding with Clint. It was good that he seemed to like her family enough to return to the house.

 

He drove her home and walked her to the door.

 

Jules got out her key and opened the door. "Come on in."

"Hi Jules. Come in Clint."

Jules cringed. "I hate it when mum does that. I swear she has x-ray vision."

 

He chuckled. "Maybe she does!" he said, holding the door open for her.

 

Jules walked in and waited for Clint.

"I'm going to my room"

She gestured for Clint to follow. The room was tidy but packed full of books and a unit filled with CDs.

"Make yourself at home."

 

He followed her into her room.
