The bell rang and class was over. Clint walked out of the room, covering his blackened face.

 

"Pictures would be good. They brighten it up as well."

Jules had a horrible feeling that something was wrong with Clint. Fortunately she managed to grab a bathroom break. She ran to the lab to see.

 

Clint walked quickly towards his locker, keepig his face covered.

 

Walks to his locker and sees part of Clint's face"Hey I have something that clears that stuff up"Hands Clint a bottle of Cough Syrup "Rub it on your face it works"

 

Jules ran up to Clint. "What happened? Are you ok?" She looked at the black on his face. "Try these." She held out make up removal tissues.

 

"You're not going to laugh?" he asked, taking the tissues.

 

Hey Jules, why would we laugh we are humane people not immature primates

 

"No I'm not going to laugh. I'm worried that you are hurt. If the colour is all the problem is I'm just relieved. Why would I laugh? I love you."

 

He smiled and said "I love you too." He wiped his face with the tissues and the black disappeared, revealing a few scratches on his face.

"You're hurt. Come on, let's get you to first aid. I'll put something on those scratches."

Jules put her arm around him.

 

"Thanks, but I'm fine, really." he said.

 

"Thank you for your help Tacole. It's really nice of you. I will look after Clint and make sure he's ok. Chemistry is really dangerous."

 

"Thank you Jules." he said. "But I'm fine, really I am!"

 

"Ok I understand." Jules looked hurt. She hadn't meant to annoy him. She couldn't get anything right it seemed.

 

"Did I hurt your feelings? I'm sorry!" he hugged her. "You can take me to the nurse's office."

 

Jules hugged him back. "No, it's ok really. I just can't seem to get anything right. I'm being stupid."
