Jules ran back to the burger bar, a small box clutched to her. She ran back to the table.

"I bought you a present Clint" she blushed, giving him the box.

 

"You didn't have to." he said, also blushing and taking the present.

 

"It's only something small."

Inside the box was a gold chain.

"I hope you like it."

 

"Th-thank you!" he said, speachless. He put it on and hugged her.

 

Jules hugged him back. It was the first time she'd given a present to a guy. She felt nervous and happy at the same time.

 

Mary looked away and smiled as she saw that Jules and Clint were happy together

 

"I'm sorry." he said, looking down. "I didn't get you anything Jules."

 

-I talked to the teenage boys who seemed very fond of me...We talked and laughed a while...but I was sad that Christian wasn't with me...They all also had parent who abused them, and so they all joined together and became friends...-

 

"I don't expect anything. You care about me, which is the most precious thing in the world. I care about you."

 

He smiled and kissed her on the lips, forgetting about Christian and Mary.

 

-The teenage boys left on their Street Motercycles for a while but they would be back later...I sat on the swing lonely...-

 

Christian wandered out of the burger bar looking for Nicole. He spotted her on the swing and ran over to her.

"Are you ok?" he asked, hugging her.

"I was getting worried."

"I'm fine Christian...I'm just remembering some memories..." I said sadly as he hugged me...

-I then stood up and walked away...having this bad feeling something bad was gona happen...I didn't want Christian near me..I knew something was on the verge...but what?-

 

Christian: "Hey Nicole. Where are you going? Do you want to hang around with me?"

 

-I turned to look at Christian...and shook my head no-
"Something bad is gonna happen...aand I don't want you hurt.." I said sadly...

 

Christian: "I'll protect you. I did last time. I won't let anyone hurt you."

 

"It's not someone...It feels like a something...Something bad is gonna happen to me...I can't have you hurt...Sorry Christian," I said..I then ran off down the street...

 

Christian ran after her. He did nit want to leave her alone in this state. She was really upset about something. Nicole needed him right now.

 

He broke off the kiss and remembered Mary was still there. He started blushing like crazy!
