"I like it too." he said. "It gives us more time to be together. And I love being with you."

 

"When I'm with you I feel I can do more, be more and I'm braver. You are my inspiration."

 

"And you give me inspiration. Which reminds me." he reached in his bag and gave her a picture he drew of himself and her together. "I want you to have this."

 

"It's wonderful, thank you." Jules kissed him and blushed. "You really are the best."

 

"You're welcome." he said. "And you're the best." He kissed her back.

 

"So what subject do I have to study next? I don't really know your timetable and I only have the room numbers."

 

"Let's see, we just had Calculus, which means Drama is next. We're doing the ending of Romeo and Juliet today and I was chosen to be Romeo."

 

"I will sit at the back and enjoy your marvelous acting." Jules entered the room pushing Clint and moved to the side. She sat by him and held his hand. This time she was nervous.

 

"Are you okay?" he asked.

 

"Yeah, fine" she muttered. Inside she screamed out that she wanted to hide in the corner. She didn't want to be picked for this.

 

"Tell me the truth." he said, looking into her eyes.

 

"Ok, I'm terrified that I'll be picked to read or something. I'll just get it all wrong. I want to hide this time."

 

"It saddens me to hear that. I wanted you to be my Juliet." he said, sighing. "But I guess I can kiss some other girl at the end of it." He was trying to use reverse psycology to get her to perform with him.

 

"That's fine, it's only acting. I can kiss you after. I'm not the jealous type you know."

 

He went over to the teacher and they talked a little. After a bit, he came back.

 

Jules waited patiently for the performance to start. She was looking forward to seeing Clint act. She knew he was very talented.

 

He went and stopped next to her.

 

"What's happening? I thought you were acting as Romeo?" Jules looked totally confused.

 

"The teacher said it was too hazerdous to my health."

 

"You pulled out because of me, didn't you? Please tell me the truth. If that's the case it's a shame as I would love to see you act. It's ok if you really don't feel up to it though."
