"oh, well whatever...you got somethin to carry you?" I asked. "Like a wheel chair or..." I gazed into nowhere then smacked myself, "I'm kinda tired..." he said showing him his purplebut then turned red circles.

 

"You can take a nap in my room if you want."

Jules got up and wandered out to the hall, still wrapped in the blanket. "What's happening? Oh, Hi Christian. How are you?"

 

"He's a little tired, so I suggested he take a nap in my room."

 

"You are so kind. I really love that about you."

Jules hugged him.

"You need to rest as well. Coming back to the living room or want to go to my room?"

 

"Your room sounds good." he said, smiling.

 

"Come on then. Take it easy up the stairs though. You don't want to hurt yourself."

Jules waited for him to go first.

 

"I may need some help up the stairs." he said, rolling ahead.

 

"I'm right here for you."

Jules watched him with pride and concern. She offered him her arm and slid it round him.

 

"Thanks." he said as she helped him up the stairs.

 

Jules guided him into the room. She sat on the bed and motioned for him to join her.

"What do you want to do?"

 

"Whatever you want to do." he said, sitting next to her.

 

"Music and you lie down and relax."

Jules smiled.

"I can fuss over you and care for you."

 

"Sounds fine to me!" he said, smiling and lying back.

 

Jules grabbed a CD and put it on. She then went back to the bed and cuddled up next to him. She noticed that there was something hung on the back of the door. Her Prom dress. She got up, grabbed it and took it into another room. She returned grinning and cuddled Clint.

 

"What was that?" he asked.

 

"Just a dress. It was in the way............ok I'm a lousy fibber. It's my Prom dress. I didn't want you to see it and get upset."

 

"Oh shoot! We forgot to get me one!" he said, sitting up.

 

Jules started to laugh. The image of Clint in a Prom dress was too much. sher hugged him. "Mum'll help you. We have time yet. You'll look great."
