Jules took a cookie and nibbled on it. She couldn't stop looking at Clint. She was having trouble believing that he was staying.

 

He noticed her looking at him and asked "Is there something on my face?"

 

"Only handsome features. Sorry if I'm embarrassing you." Jules blushed.

 

He blushed and said "Thanks."

 

Jules tried to stop herself blushing. She drank the rest of her milk and sat back to watch TV.

 

He leaned up against her and watched the TV again.

 

Jules held his hand. She would die for him she decided. He was everything to her. She wondered what he would 'watch' next.

 

He handed the remote to her. "Your turn."

 

Jules got up and wandered to a cabinet. She got out a DVD and loaded it into the machine. Howl's Moving Castle showed on the screen.

"Is this ok?"

 

"Yeah, that's a great movie." he said, smiling.

 

Jules was so happy. Her favourite guy liked her favourite film. Life didn't get much better than this.

 

He put his arm around her and started watching it.

 

Jules smiled to herself and leaned against him. He seemed relaxed.

 

He took her hand and smiled.

 

Jules watched the film with her head against Clint. She felt content and peaceful.

 

He rested his head against hers and sighed with content.

 

Jules was glad they had moved to the city. She wanted to stay now and be with Clint. She sighed to herself.

 

He grew tired and fell asleep, still leaning on her.

 

Jules held him, terrified that he would fall and get hurt. She managed to lower him so that he was lay on the sofa with his head on her lap. She sat as still as possible so as to let him sleep.

 

He smiled and muttered "I love you."
