"That's why you have to sleep downstairs as well. Your room upstairs is ready and I think my parents have recreated your room in there. It's funny really, they are trying really hard to make you welcome and before your aunt turned up they were all for banning you from my life. Guess your aunt did some good then."

 

"It was all unintentional, really. She hates me, they all do."

 

Jules put her arms round him and held him close.

"Well we don't hate you. You have a loving family now. You don't have to worry about them."

 

"Thank you." he said, putting his arms around her. "I don't worry about them. They hate me because of my parents, but I don't care, I hate them too."

 

Jules held him and whispered softly.

"You never have to go back again if you don't want to. I'll protect you and love you."

 

"And I shall do the same for you." he whispered back.

 

"I have to sort out my things for the prom now I might be going with the most handsome guy around. If you still aren't well enough when it's on I won't go."

Jules grinned and went into the living room. "Want to watch a film or something with me?"

 

"I'd love to." he said, smiling.

 

Jules turned on the TV and helped Kyle so that he was sitting on the sofa. She gave him the remote control. "Well mum says that men have a thing about possessing the remote."

 

"Not me, I don't watch TV that often."

 

"Well you have today. I'll watch whatever you want to. I'm just happy to be with you."

 

"Same here." he said, turning on the TV. The movie "The Naked Gun" was on and he said "I love this movie! It's hilarious!"

 

"Sounds great to me. I love it as well. I think comedy is just what we need."

Jules snuggled up against Clint.

 

He put his arm around her and kissed her on the cheek.

 

Jules watched the film warm and safe with Clint. She had curled up beside him on the sofa. She hoped this was what life would be like from now on.

 

He was in heaven. If this was what the rest of his life would be like, him and Jules snuggled up like this, he hoped that they could live forever.

 

Jules knew that Clint was her future. Without him she couldn't imagine life being worth living. She never wanted to be parted from him again.

 

He barely payed attention to the movie, he was too buisy thinking about her.

 

Jules slid her arm around him. She couldn't really care less what film was on. She wasn't watching anyway.She preferred just being with Clint.

 

He turned to face her and said "I love you." He kissed her on the lips.
