Jules got the bag and took it over to him. It was full of good things to eat. She offered him the various things in there and watched while he ate. She couldn't help but worry about him. The sooner Clint was out of hospital, the happier she would be.

 

He swallowed a bite and asked "Is something bothering you?"

 

Jules blushed. "I was just thinking that I would be happier when you have left hospital. The food sucks and I bet they're not looking after you as well as you should be looked after. I worry about you."

 

He also blushed and put the food aside. "Thank you." he said. "I was thinking the same thing."

 

Jules hugged him and a tear ran down her cheek. "I miss you so much. They don't really understand."

 

He wiped away the tear and tried not to cry himself. "No, they don't understand." he said.

 

Jules put her arms around him and held him against her. She hated to see him upset. "I love you" she whispered.

 

"I love you too." he whispered, holding her as well. He kissed her on the neck.

 

Jules blushed even redder. Clint needed to rest. She kissed him and smiled. "You are wonderful."

 

"So are you." he replied.

 

A gentle knock on the door told Jules that visiting time was over. Her dad called softly to her that Clint needed rest.

"I'll be back when I can" Jules said.

 

He kissed her and said "I'll miss you."

 

Jules hated going home. She was quiet in the back of the car and her parents left her to her thoughts. She imagined the day when they took Clint home with them and she smiled.

 

Roka had been in his room for many days after getting out of the hospital. He was bored, but not remembering where Jules lived, it got annoying. He just stayed up there, waiting.....

 

Clint dried his eyes and lay back in bed. The doctor came in and said "I've got good news, you've recovered quicker than expected. You may go home tomarrow, but you must keep off of your feet for a few more days. You will be given a wheelchair to borrow." Clint's eyes opened wide and he smiled, he couldn't wait to tell Jules! He grabbed the phone she gave him and called her.

 

Jules parents dropped her off at the mansion. She knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer. She wanted to visit Roka but the huge house scared her a bit. It reminded her of horror films.

 

Clint waited for Jules to answer her phone.

 

Jules grabbed her phone and pressed the connect button. "Hi there" she chirped. She wondered who would be calling her. Probably a friend.

 

"Jules, it's Clint. I've got fantastic news!"

 

"Please tell me then. I can't wait to hear it."

Jules felt excited. No one had answered the door so she turned and began to walk back to the car, mobile phone in hand.
