"So....how's it going Clint?" Roka asked, tired.

 

Jules wasn't just worried about his physical health. The dream showed her that things were still playing on his mind. She wanted his to know real security.

 

"Hey! I'm just in a little pain, you?"

"Penny for your thoughts?"

 

"I'm feeling well. That pencil tore up my insides, but I'm doing fine. Glad you're alright. At least nobody is dead." Roka said, smiling.

 

"I'm glad as well. We all have battle scars though. Never mind. As for the penny, here."

Jules handed Clint a brand new 1 pence coin. "For luck."

 

He laughed. "'Penny for your thoughts.' is a saying that means 'What are you thinking about.'"

 

"Just thinking about you." She smiled at him and kissed his cheek. "I know about the saying."

 

"Happy thoughts, or sad thoughts?"

 

"Thoughts of how I want you to be happy and secure. I can't wait until we're home together."

Roka then replied to what Jules said, "And I can't wait to scratch my nose with this arm again." Then he shut up because he knew it was a stupid joke.

Jules grabbed Sam and helped her into a chair. She called for a nurse. Clutching her side she cringed in pain.

"Jules!" he said, trying to sit up.

 

sams eyes rolled back "uncle poison me " she said

 

Blood started to seep through. "I think I've reopened the wound. I need to rest." Jules staggered into her room and collapsed on the bed.

 

Roka was freaking out and didn't know what to do. He put out his arm, but Sam was so close to the ground, that my arm was in further pain. I then used my good hand to stop Jules. "DEAR LORD!" Roka then yelled out a scream.

 

Jules pressed the wound and stopped the bleeding. She then rang for the nurse and returned to the scene. She gave Sam a bowl and told her that help was coming. She walked to Roka.

"Calm down, it's ok. Everything is under control."
Jules hugged him and checked he was ok. She then went to Clint.
