Jules began to regain consciousness. She was aware of Clint being in the room though everything seemed hazy. She tried to lift her hand to him, but the anaestetic had not completely worn off. She smiled and tried to call him.

OOC: Yes you did :p

BIC: He tried to grab her hand, but his hand went right through her. He looked at his hand and it was transparent!

 

Jules watched in horror. 'Come back to me Clint. I need you. I love you.'

 

"I love you too. And I'm so sorry." he said, kneeling down next to her.

OOC: She is the only one who can see him.

 

'What happened? You're a ghost aren't you?'

Jules began to cry.

 

"I don't know what happened." he said. He heard footsteps. "Someones coming."

 

"Please come back to me. I can't live without you. I need you."

Jules cried uncontrollably. Her parents entered the room. She vaguely made out their forms through the tears.

"How did Clint die? I need to know."

 

He kissed her cheek and stood up, looking at her parents.

 

"It was an accident. A gun was dropped and it fired. He never stood a chance. I'm so sorry."

Jules felt angry. That gun was the evil and she had lost him.

"No more guns" she whispered between tears.

 

"If I ever come back, I promise I'll never touch a gun again." he said to her.

 

"There must be a way. I want you and need you now. Without you life isn't worth living."

Jules began tearing at the tubes in her arms and ripping off the monitor pads.

 

"No Jules! Don't!" he said, trying to hold her down. His arms went right through her. "You don't want to do this!"

 

"Yes I do" she cried. Jules couldn't face life like this. She wanted to join Clint at any cost. If he wouldn't join her, she'd join him.

 

ooc: talk about commitment...XD lol

 

OOC: You said it!

BIC: "Please don't do this! If not for you then for me! Please Jules, I don't want to see you die!"

 

"But I won't live without you. I can't. You must understand."

 

"I do understand. But I'd never forgive myself if you died because of me."

 

"Then come back to me. I won't be left behind. I haven't found you just to lose you again."

 

"I'm trying. I don't know what to do."
