High School <3 - Living up the Teenage Years

He finished eating and then finished getting ready, heading out and listening to music.

 

"okay!" lexi called out. Lexi got ready for school and wore dark shorts and a grey tank top. She grabbed her school bag and went to school, she had to do announcments.

 

He was walking to the school, a little tired.

 

She made it to the hospital parking lot, getting into her green bug. She roared it to life and drove out of the parking lot, heading to school.

 

He started nodding off while he was walking, not paying attention. Now he was walking in the middle of the road.

 

She gasped, seeing someone in the middle of the road. She honked her horn, then saw it was Cliff. She got out of her car and ran up to him, pulling him into her car. She got back in and shook her head.
"My gosh Cliff, what are you doing!?" she asked.

 

He jerked awake. "Huh? What am I doing in this car?" he asked.

 

Seth finished up his breakfast and went into his car and began to drive

 

She chuckled, hiding half of her face with her hair, thankful the bruise was on the left side of her face. He wouldn't be able to see form the passenger seat unless she turned her head. She kept her eyes on the road.
"You were walking in the middle of the road silly. You could've gotten hurt," she said.

 

"Oh." he said. "I must have fallen asleep. I didn't get any sleep last night."

 

She chuckled and rubbed the top of his hair.
"We'll be there in half an hour. Try to take a nap during class," she said grabbing her favorite CD and putting it in the CD player. Her favorite song came on. She listened to the beginning and started singing the beginning.
I've had a little bit too much! All of the people start to rush! Start to rush by. A dizzy twister dance, can't find my drink or man. Where are my keys, I lost my phone. What's going on on the floor? I love this record baby, but I can't see straight anymore. Keep it cool what's the name of this club? I can't remember but it's alright, alright. Just dance!!

He listened to the song and felt somewhat uncomforatble, being reminded of what happened yesterday.

 

She kept singing the song.

He sat back, closing his eyes.

 

It was 15 minutes till class and lexi as waiting to see alaric before the announcements but he wasn't there yet. She waited a bit more and she started to listen to Don't trust me.

 

Seth finally arrived at the school. He parked his car and walked out and locked his car. He then headed to the school and sighed another boring day of school Seth thought to himself

 

Lexi decided to waste her time by walking around the school and singing to 3oh3

She kept listening to the song, then listened to it change to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, "Face Down"
She turned the song, and instead turned it on the radio. She liked the song, though she hated the lyrics. It remind her of her father. She sighed, and pulled her hair out of her face. She looked in the mirror, rubbing her cheek from the purple bruise. She groaned then looked back at the road.

 

He didn't realize, since he was fast asleep.

 

She stopped the car at a red light. A few more miles and she'd be there. She looked back over at Cliff, curious of why he didn't sleep last night. She eased on the highway when it turned green, and a random song played on the radio.

She couldn't help but giggle.
