High School <3 - Living up the Teenage Years

She heard her phone in her jeans pockets. She cried her hands on a towel and leaned out of the shower.
"Hello?" she asked, putting it on speaker.

 

"Hey, it's Cliff. Where are you now?" he asked, looking around.

 

"I'm at Lexi's right now taking a shower. She came and picked me up," she said.

 

"Oh, okay. That's good." he said. "I'm standing outside right now in nothing but a pair of pants, wondering where you were. But now that I know you're safe, I can rest easy."

 

Shen stood at the park and watched as the rain fell down

 

"Obviously, see if you had died, I would have been sad" Lexi said through the phone cheery. She started dipping the strawberries in the chocolate and put thm on plates

 

She chuckled as she got out and started drying off.
"I'm sorry for that," she said.

 

"It's okay." he said. Then he thought of something. "Would you mind if I came over? I haven't been over Lexi's for a while and I've been meaning to check it out again. We could have a little sleep over."

 

Seth headed home and opened the door and sighed "looks like I got the house to myself now that grandma and grandpa is out on their trip" Seth said as he walked in and closed the door behind him and walked in and sat down

 

She groaned slightly.
"I don't know, you'll have to ask Lexi. I've really had enough of men tonight..." she said, her bruise pulsating.

 

"Oh, sorry. If that's how you feel, then maybe it'd be best if I just stayed home." he said, sighing, a little upset.

 

She frowned.
"I'm sorry... I'll see you tomorrow," she said. She got her pajama's on and shut her phone.

He shut his phone and sighed, going back inside. He went up to his room and crawled into bed.

She got downstairs, ruffling her damp hair. She coughed a few times then went to the kitchen where Lexi was.
"Something smells good," she smiled, finally getting the a hungry feeling.

 

Shen sat down on a chair and watched tv until he fell into sleep

 

Cliff rolled on his side, trying to sleep. But, as hard as he tried, he couldn't.

 

"haha I am Making chocolate strawberries. Do you like them? Want them with whipped cream too" lexi smiled while putting the dessert in the freezer.

 

She nodded her head.
"I'd love some. My mom used to make me these all the time when I was little," she smiled.

 

"same with my mom," lexi agreed. "so wanna tell me the details about you and Cliff or do I have to bribe you with lots and lots of chocolate strawberries?" she started laughing while whipping the cream
