High School <3 - Living up the Teenage Years

"We went to a park and found a six-pack. She got drunk and went home." he said. "I saw she left her bag and went to give it to her. When I got to the house, it was locked and she wasn't answering, so I broke down the door and saw her on her couch. Her hand was bleeding really bad and the doctors found glass in it. I think the bottle broke in her hand and she got cut. The doctors stitched her up, though. She should be fine now."

OOC: Thought I'd move it along a bit.

 

"Oh, okay. Nothing too serious. She left a message on my phone and he got me worried. Alaric and I came as fast as we could from the party" She told him. "Can I go see her?"

 

OOC: He's in the room with her.

BIC: Lexi walked up to Jessica and just looked at her. Even though she just met her, she could tell that they would be best friends

 

"It's my fault." he said. "I shouldn't have let her start drinking. Instead, I joined her and had two of them. Also, I should have stayed with her, even though she told me to go. If I had, this wouldn't have happened. It's all my fault." He put his head in his hands, trying not to cry.

 

"this is not your fault, it's not like you could have stopped her. Did you wanted to be the person that told her what to do? Then she would be afraid of you more, and would be thinking that you were a person that would take advantage of her," Lexi said trying to make him understand. "but you're a good friend that brought her here, so she is safe. She's not in danger. So don't beat yourself up, but be strong because you saved her" She smiled

 

"But-" he started to say.

 

"Don't you 'but' me. Just calm down and I'll wake you up when she is" Lexi said to him

 

"I don't think I'll be able to calm down." he said, looking at his feet.

 

"Please stop doubting yourself," Lexi walked over to him and hugged him. "okay, just tell me your whole explaination on why it's your fault, and then I will tell you how wrong you are" She said with a smile trying to lighten up the mood

 

"Because I didn't stop her from drinking. If I had, she wouldn't have gotten drunk and smashed the bottle, since she wouldn't have one with her." he said. "Also, if I went with her, I would have been able to stop her from doing it. I wasn't drunk, she was. Two has always been my limit, since that's how much I know I can take."

 

"sweetie, everyone makes mistakes plus she's a teenager, she's curious. At least she knows not to do it again. " Lexi said, she didn't know what else to say he was being so stubborn

 

"But what if she hates me now?" he asked. "She seemed like she was really starting to like me, then this happens."

 

"She won't hate you. If you haven't noticed, I know more about girls than you. Trust me, she won't hate you. Now stop worrying or I will seriously be pissed at you" Lexi said sitting down in the chair.

"Sorry." he said. "I'm just freaked out by this."

He heard the choked back laugh and got mad. He got to his feet and yelled "WHAT PART OF THIS IS FUNNY TO YOU!?"

 

He was so angry he clenched his fists so hard they started shaking. "WHAT WE CHOOSE TO DO IS NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUISINESS!" he yelled.
