Lol, with the face... I think this is one of your better ones. The focus is clear, the text looks great, and the colors blend well. It could use a bit more though. Just a weee bit more in the FG, possibly? It looks kinda...blankish. But the awesomeness of it all pretty much makes up for it. 9/10
This isn't exactly cnc, but I stole your tag and added things to it: This is roughly what I would have done.
So looking at it, obviously flipped it, and add in a new clipping mask of the face, as well as adding floral likesish brushes. And I don't even know what you did on the bottom left looks like you smudged it.
Actually, blurred it. I didn't add a clip mask, I ran an ink outline filtern blurred it by 2, sharpened it once, then loered the opacity and moved it up. I erased what looked bad.
