    Welp I dunno what could be wrong. If you have another laptop/PC, try it on that; if you have a smartphone you could maybe try it on that. Otherwise, give jpcsp a shot.

    Well I can interact with the tv now, that's about it. I have no idea what a AMD video card is.

    Open the start menu, type "dxdiag," then click on dxdiag.exe when it show up. After it's opened, go to the Display tab, and under Device it should say Name. I want the name.​

    I think that's your problem. I saw somewhere that AMD cards don't cooperate with the FramebuffersToMem thing being set to True. You may be out of luck with PPSSPP.

    although, JUBE YOU SHOULD READ THIS BECAUSE IT MIGHT BE USEFUL IN THE FIRST POST. AMD CARDS MAY OR MAY NOT WORK WITH THE FRAMEBUFFERSTOMEM BEING SET TO TRUE.​

    There may be a few problems regarding the cursor during the last Chapter, specifically during the last Nonstop Debate.
    For whatever reasons these problems tend to fix themselves, so I don't have much advice concerning them at this point
