I started playing 4 days ago and beat it earlier today.
Granted I was playing on my actual PSP so that may or may not affect your progress.
The game's separated into 6 chapters, a prologue and an epilogue
The 6 chapters are split into
    - Free Time
-Where the events begin to unfold from day to day
    - Investigation
    - Someone's dead, investigate
    -Class Trial
    -Courtroom drama ala Ace Attorney

I'm not even sure what to do right now. I just started the prologue and I'm in a classroom and have to investigate. If I hover over the things you can investigate (pressing triangle makes them show up, was it?) I can't ...do anything. Tried X, O which tries to make me leave the classroom and I can't, and SQUARE which don't do shit (yet).
Not sure if X is broken for keyboard controls, it's just PPSSPP and the game not cooperating, it's because I'm not using a controller, or just because I am an idiot.

Edit the ppsspp.ini file and change FramebuffersToMem = False to True

That fixed it, thanks. Are there any other problems or is that it? Eh, If it's too bad I guess I'll just head to my PSP.

...I am a huge fan of Ace Attorney, a huge fan of classic point-and-click adventures, and a huge fan of, say, stuff like Battle Royale and Higurashi. Naturally, people have been recommending the **** out of this to me, but I still haven't gotten around to it :'L

I really want to get into this -- both the game and the anime.

I just wonder if I can't use my PSP as a controller.

That hacked version of PPSSPP worked for me without having to edit anything in the ppsspp.ini; could it be master of keyblades' CPU/GPU/OS getting in the way?
