Hey KHV, let's talk about exercise!

    I LOVE exercise. I used to hate it though. But, I found ways to make it fun. Listening to music is one of the things that helps.

    I do, football, baseball, swimming, track, weightlifting (Bench Press, Incline Press, etc.), basketball, wrestling (At my school), junior cage fighting, push-ups, sit-ups, punching bag (Also helps when i'm stressed), and I eat healthy.

    I've been getting back in shape with dancing to music as well as using my Ab lounge and Tony Little's gazelle. I will also incorporate swimming into my routines.

    i stay in shape by doing all kinds of sports during the school year or the summer. I'm very active but i still excerise. I do youga. its very relaxing too.

    To be quite honest I'm a bit of a lazybum sometimes, but I exercise when I can. My activities include ballet, jogging, badminton (loltypical), swimming and sprinting to/from the bus. I used to do a bit of rugby but I guess I lost interest in continuing on the sport. Bl its no fun when no-one can catch you...

    I excrise by doing karate to streach and work out the muslce it kinda hurts but still it makes a good stanima and i also take dancing class it can make you burn thoses calories too.
