I'd like to point out that he's evil because he's an amoral arms dealer not because he wanted to establish a more equal world where people aren't simply born better.
Oh yeah, I agree. I still liked how he tried to make himself look better by saying that. Like, if you didn't know better, you'd almost sympathize with him. Almost.
Just saying it because they kinda paint that line as his most evil even though it's the most sympathetic and it's the lines preceding it that show, "Yeah, we need to put this one down."
