    Can I has a Rogue?
    Username: lord-insan-E-O
Real Name and Supervillain Alias: EXR743895/End
Age and Appearance: It is a dark navy blue ooze monster that can take the shape of anything it wants.
    ArchNemesis from the Sanction: All
Biography: Created by a despite Alien species that was losing a war with a far more power race to be the ultimate weapon for conquest and destruction. And it was, and then some, it evolved in a way it's creators didn't expect, it can absorb the abilities, experiences, and memories from others by a simple touch. It's creators grew remorseful at their monstrous creation, so a truce was struck with their enemy. But for peace they had to do something about their monster, it could not be reasoned with, controlled, or tamed. So the only option was to destroy it. But they had no weapon that could, so they captured the creature and shot it into their sun. They underestimated their creation, it struggled and caused the pod it was shot in to veer drastically off course. Eventually after many years it landed on earth. It fought the Sanction, it almost won too if not for them finding it's weakness, sound. A special high pitched frequency could disrupt it's form and render it stuck in a liquid form, as long as the frequency is near. As for it's name, the only thing it said when facing the Sanction was "I....AM....YOUR.....END!" and thus they dubbed it End.
Personality: While it first comes off as mindless and animalistic, it is actually incredibly intelligent. It's only desire is destruction, and to become more powerful.
Powers: End is a ooze like substance that can solidify it's self at will, taking on any shape it sees fit. It can stretch itself over a vast distances. But it's main ability is to copy others. But it must have physical contact. So it has Max Speed's reflexes, Seokama Ibli's pryokinesis, Eclipse's weather control and intangibly, and Dominion's mental mastery, it's preferred abilities. It can also turn it's limbs into rudimentary weapons, such as axes, swords, etc. Also electricity is affective against it, but it merely slows it down.
Other: I based it a lot on Carnage and the Amazo robot.

Tell if I made it too powerful and/or not weak enough.

Real Name and Supervillain Alias: Raiku

Age and Appearance: Two forms. This is his true form. Real age uncountable, yes he's that old and no he's not as big as Dark Gaia, he's probably around the size of the mech. This is his human form. Physical age is 30.

ArchNemesis from the Sanction: Seokama Iblis

Biography and Personality: [Bio's unnecessarily long, the red is what you should read]
Raiku is not from this universe. He was from a totally different one, a story that would be worth telling at another time.He was a God, but there were more. He held status as the God of Darkness, and no, that doesn't make him the God of Evil.
Believe it or not, he wasn't evil. In fact, no gods were evil at all. But they did have emotions, and they couldn't really be seen as 'good' either, although there were the unusual bunch that decided to take that title as a good God. The Gods served a purpose; To keep all things sustained. They each had a portion to commit and work with. Sometimes they held meetings, most for fun and games since they didn't spend a lot of time with each other. They were like family. Sometimes they even started one, which would lead to more gods. These offspring gods would have 'genes' from their parents and ancestors, if there were any. Some would mix, others stay dormant to be passed on. These would form the powers of the child, and give him what would be his/her task of maintaining. Sometimes, there was the unusual bunch where they'd have a lot of different powers, but they would all still be Gods of one thing.
Enough of the Gods, on to Raiku, which is probably you might have tl;dr'ed that last paragraph. Raiku was the son of two gods, one being Thunder, and the other being Wind. Don't ask me how elements of a storm made darkness, it's probably the dormant genes. Anyway, Raiku went to a meeting one day, had fun, then met his polar opposite, the God of Light, who was female. What happened next can't be said because there may be kids reading this.
Their son did not reveal his powers in the short time they raised him, which wasn't that unusual. So, since they didn't have a lot of time to help him, they left him on the human world, another usual thing for some Gods to do. Unfortunately, the humans found out, and some tried to kill him to see if they'd find some magical essence that they could take and claim godly status. Each failed in what seemed like accidents, all except one.
It was the golden age for technology, and of course, humans could create portals to other dimensions. Raiku and his wife, coincidentally, decided to check on their son. And unfortunately, they bumped in to a group of devoted 'god killers'. In a quick skirmish, their son had been hit by a portal gun that sent him to a totally different dimension. Enraged, Raiku went out of control until a large explosion occured that gave him the same fate as his son...
...which is how he ended up in this universe. He found that he had obtained a human form. Perhaps a side effect. Overwhelmed with anger and torment, he decided that he'd destroy humanity. He had a small run-in with the Heroic Sanction, and found that he wasn't like the God he once was before. Easily defeated, he stumbled upon the rogue's lair, and saw it as an opportunity. Joining them, he now spends most of his time there, training in attempts to gain back his true power.

Raiku used to be kind and fun-loving, but that all changed. He's now fully intent on regaining his power, temporarily setting aside his goal to destroy humanity. He can be calm, and sometimes a pain in the butt(he likes laughing at others failures), but he can be angered and pissed off. Anything human disgusts him. However, he can respect people based on their abilities, and this is what stops him from spitting insults and not be a jerk(well, not as much of a jerk as he can be)at his fellow rogues. He's learned to deal with them, seeing that they have similar goals.

Powers and Equipment: As a God of darkness he has godly strength, stamina, etc., but of course, as stated in the bio, he has been weakened(a LOT) somehow. Even then, he still has the natural ability to create and control darkness, shadows, etc. He's pretty much made of it(no this doesn't give him a weakness to light), meaning that he can alter his body in different ways so that he can form a black cloud, give himself wings(not necessary since he can fly without them), and a lot more. He retains a portion of his former strength, stamina, speed, etc. but not enough to match up with the combined efforts of the Sanction. He can change in to his true form at will, where he gets a power boost, but he hadn't the need so far, after growing accustomed to the uses of his human form.

Other: No Raiku is not from Pokemon it's a scrambled word for a word in another language. Favorite supervillain is Loki, because Tom Hiddleston.

I love this! I think everything's perfect except...experiences and memories is a bit much. I have no problem with copying powers and abilities, but let's leave mental stuff like this out of it for now (we can leave room for growth, though!). On top of that, two questions: 1)so the being has to be organic for it to copy its powers? 2)Does End have a motive as a bad guy?[DOUBLEPOST=1372827780][/DOUBLEPOST]
You already know that you're in~ I'm going to give the Rogues an opening soon.

Ok I'm cool with not having mental stuff. 1. Nope, it has to be organic, I thought maybe it has something to do with how someone's mind activates their powers. Like for example it could replicate Dragoness's electric by seesing how exactly she activates it with her mind and duplicates that, essential it's absorbing how peoples minds work. I probably could have explained it better. 2. Just to destroy, again I based him a lot on Carnage.

Can I ask something about End that I wasn't sure about from your form? After he has copied somebodies powers once, does he now have them permanently to use at will or when he loses contact he can't use their powers anymore? Can he only use a person's powers when he's got physical contact or once he's absorbed them once he keeps them forever? Sorry if I worded that badly.

Right and by your OC form since he's fought them before, were you presuming he's already touched them all before?

Yahtzee. Except for Edge, End won't really gain anything from him.

So in total he has all the Sanction's powers permanently plus quite a lot of his own powers which are strong in their own right, on top of this should he ever fight the Allies, he'll be able to permanently get loads of new powers. (He's incredibly intelligent too) Okay then. ^,^

It'll all work out for the story. I already have much planned for End and every other character that gets accepted. Leio, you're good to go; I'm adding you and jackdaniel's Rogues to the list shortly~

I'd just like to look into this more quickly, because I know there are actual characters with the ability to replicate powers based on how the mind works, but this still doesn't fit quite right in my mind.
I'll explain it like this using Dragoness as the example again.
Now her powers purely come from her body itself, IE: The Dragon DNA and the Electrical powers come from the side effect that was a bi-product of how she was created. Now while I can see what you mean of how it'd read her mind to know or understand how she activates those powers, those powers come from and are generated by her body itself, not her mind.

I don't really see how just duplicating what her mind does would allow him to copy powers for characters like that. I can see it being able to copy some characters sure whose powers are more mind based, but in the case of characters like say... Eclipse whose powers come from the fact she's an alien or Seokama's since he's a Demon, and Phantom who was also experimental (like Dragoness) and her powers come from the way her body was affected. There are many other examples I could give but I don't see the point in going through everyone. lol
I like that he can't copy Cutting Edge because that makes complete sense, but yeah.

Now, you've already been accepted which is cool, but I still don't get how this copying powers thing would work. (I've always liked the science and details behind powers, which is why this has been really getting me thinking about it like this... lol)
I was wondering if perhaps through the physical contact it steals some of their DNA instead/as well?
I could understand it a bit more then if it assimilated some of their DNA itself and adapted to it, but just the mind thing is making me feel uncomfortable. My own head keeps yelling at me saying "I don't see how that would work!" Which is why I wanted to bring it up here. lol
I apologize if my attention for such detail is a pain. XD

Nah I like it when people start asking questions like this cause this kind stuff usually does bother me, again sorry I probably should have explained it better, yeah it does copy a bit of DNA. It has to have skin to skin contact so it takes a few skin cells of the target, not enough for said target to notice. Again sorry for not explaining it better.
