[/url]Apostle's reaction to her little prank was a tad disappointing but still she regarded it as revenge enough. Hopefully it was enough to at least make him think before randomly attacking her again. She was not a fan of being attacked by her own team-mates with no warning, even if it was to demonstrate them. She watched the others show off their powers, smiling, they were all quite impressive. Maybe this team could be alright after all. She'd walked back to the spot where she was stood before when the room suddenly lit up with a flash of light.

Her instincts took over and before the light had dimmed enough to see, there was a see-through force field between them and the screen. However as the light dimmed enough to see, she quickly realised what it was and the force field vanished. She hoped nobody had seen the brief force field appear to protect them from the horror or the hologram. She'd seen holograms before here, she was in this building quite often but that one had taken her by surprise. To be fair, it could of been someone attacking them, it just thankfully wasn't.

She became visible again, looking completely calm and relaxed as Steel spoke to them. Giant robot, now this did sound like something out of a cartoon but it did seem quite interesting and a nice challenge to see if they could work together as a team for a change. Apostle referenced something something or other, though she wasn't familiar with exactly what, it sounded a little like anime, maybe. She didn't watch anime herself but she'd learnt enough from people talking about it, even Amelia had got really into it. Not that it was bad or anything, it was good to help her learn. She'd rather her friend learn from them than soaps anyhow. Either way, Megatron, what Apostle mentioned after, she was definitely familiar with.

"Oh yeah, this should be fun!!" She picked up her hover board from where she'd placed it and raced after Apostle, she was so going to beat him to the action. Admittedly she was more support than attack so she couldn't really go in alone but it was an achievement to be there before the others. There was nothing wrong with a little healthy competition.

When Runner had asked her if changing her limbs hurt Alice shook her head in reply. Pain was hardly something the robotic girl had to worry about.

His next question was not answered for she was unsure of how to reply. She had yet to see everyone else's abilities so in comparison her's could be lacking. Though, even if the other's were better saying yes could still apply for he said 'one off.'

It might have even been one of those rhetorical questions that were meant to be left unanswered. So in the end she just fell silent while watching the rest of the demonstrations. But before they had finished a screen appeared and on it was steel with a mission for them.

"Megas?" Another thing Alice would be left wondering its meaning, especially with the person who had said it already running off. Oh well, it hardly mattered. Time was of the essence as well, so rather than standing there in a dazed state the android followed after the other two. Her pace wasn't as fast as theirs, in fact she was only walking. There was no need to run right now, not while wishing for the others to keep up.

Though she would pick up her pace soon enough.

Runner clipped the Frisbee back onto his sleeve with a defeated look beneath his mask. "Yeah, sure, okay. I'll just show...everyone...later...I guess." He watched as the others gleefully left for the exits. 'A giant robot, huh? Guess this is it,' he thought as he turned the other way. He wasn't sure how the others got in and out of Justice Central, but he had his own way. He jogged through the hallways -turning right, then left, then another left- and did a cartwheel here and there until he reached his target: the elevator. Since Justice Central was located underground, each way into it came from above; stairs, elevators, even the occasional plastic tube were all scattered throughout Justice Central. Runner smirked beneath his mask as he pressed the "up" button. However, when the doors opened and he stepped inside, Runner did not press any button. After all, the elevator wasn't his "express" out of Justice Central; the elevator shaft was. Runner looked up at the removable panel, where personnel could access the elevator cart in case of emergency. The panel, however, had long since been removed. All of the removable panels in every elevator have been. Smiling beneath his mask, Runner jumped, easily making it through the panel and into the dark elevator shaft. His Beyonder powers made a jump like that comparable to a mere hop to him. "Alright, let's roll. We got lives to save, Jackie," he told himself as he jumped again. As he reached his peak, he kicked off a wall and sent himself diagonally to the parallel wall. He repeated the process, sending himself higher and boosting his speed with each kick. 'Come on, almost there!' He continued it, occasionally grabbing the elevator's wires and pulling himself higher. He was unsure how long the trip took, but he finally found himself in front of a window, suspending by his grip on the wire. The window was inconveniently since it was between floors on a side the elevator wouldn't open from. In fact, no one could access it unless they were inside the elevator shaft...which only Runner would do. He unlocked the window and lifted it, the sun and wind quickly entering the elevator shaft. He knew the window would close and lock automatically, thanks to AEGIS' security system, within a few seconds so he had to hurry. Runner could feel his hair start to sway as he placed one hand window-ledge and catapulted himself over.

"Here...we....go!" Runner started to yell as he began to fall. He had guessed that he was maybe 7 stories off the ground, but he was at least twice that high. What the hell did AEGIS use the rest of this building for anyway? Inches away from the wall, Runner placed his hands and feet against it as the friction started to burn. He watched as the nearest rooftop became closer and closer and closer and closer and cl-"Now!" He ordered himself as he pushed off the wall and jumped towards the roof. He landed on his heels, rolled, then dove before rolling again. Luckily, he wasn't even half the height as he was in the training exercise and was able to stop before reaching the roof's edge. This technique was perfected; he simply had to work on different scenarios. "Alright, then..." he muttered as he stared at the city in front of him. "Which way am I headed?"

Pretty convenient that Enerjak was already outside, eh? He was far from the danger zone, but he was still out in the city. Good, right? If Enerjak knew about the hazard, then it would be good, since he'd had taken it more seriously and hurried up. But unfortunately, Enerjak couldn't go back to HQ yesterday because he ran in to some...let's say difficulties involving the life of a teenage hero with a ridiculous costume. And because of that, he wasn't present at the short briefing that happened just a few moments ago.

Enerjak had just woken up on a roof. First thing he saw;Blue. Then white blobs. And then he realized; Oooh...Sky and clouds...Getting up now.
Getting up, he rubbed his eyes, yawned, then did some stretches. He looked around, then remembered the events of last night which would be kept only to him and those involved. He groaned, covering his face with his hand. Well, at least he was left alone, no one to bother him--

Nope, someone--something just bothered him. He thought he had seen something in the corner of his eye. Turning to look, he thought he could see smoke in the distance. It seemed pretty far, and it could've just been a trick of his eye, but Enerjak knew better. He sighed, and yawned once more.

"Not even breakfast, and already there could be trouble...Oh well~" He smiled. Disturbing the peace was a sure way to get Enerjak's attention. Getting in to a running position, he took a couple of deep breaths, then he started jogging. He broke in to a run, then a sprint(noticeably faster than regular humans). He jumped off the roof, landed on the roof of another building that was across the street, and would continue this pattern until he reached the place where the smoke was coming from.

(Hopefully that was a legit intro post)

The city was a blur to Runner flipped between rooftops, scaled walls, cartwheeled through the streets, and jumped. However, he was somehow in constant awareness of his surroundings and was able to move flawlessly through the city. As he neared downtown, he could see smoke. Not sure where everyone else was in relation to him, he started to fear fighting a giant robot by himself. And that's when he remembered, 'Duh, we have communication devices!'

He neared the ledge of his current rooftop, dove to the ground, rolled, and catapulted himself from the ledge. For a brief comical moment, Runner spread his legs wide and raised his right hand as if he was about to slam dunk in basketball. Hey, hero or no hero; gotta enjoy life, right? As he reached the apex of his jump and started to decline, he contracted his body by bring his arms and knees close. The city-scaping hero-to-be landed in a crouched position on his toes on the ledge of the next roof. Keeping his body contracted, he pressed a finger to his ear and pushed the spandex of his mask covering his ear.

Click. He felt the earpiece in his mask turn on, and by extension, the microphone that composed the other half of his communication device.

"Uh....hello? Runner to Allies. Where's everyone at-erm, I mean...what're your locations? I'm roughly two miles away," he spoke into his mask, not sure how loud to speak. He then quickly added, "Over."'

Shadow's ears perked up with interest at the mention of a giant robot. Something like that was definitely out of the ordinary and perfect to fight. Though Apostle comment about Megas brought an interesting idea to his head. Instead of that, how bout a gundam. Sadly he knew something like wasn't going to fall out of the sky. Still as everyone else was going ahead, he simply opened up a portal and stepped through it. Surely it was a faster way of traveling.

"Uh....hello? Runner to Allies. Where's everyone at-erm, I mean...what're your locations? I'm roughly two miles away,

He hear Runner's voice through his earpiece. From the look of it he was a couple a blocks away. "This is Shadow, I'm only a few blocks away. Over." With that, he continued to close the distance between him and the robot.

He was still running and jumping, roof from roof. Although he made some distance, the smoke was still quite far away. He didn't want to waste energy speeding himself up, he might need it in battle.

Good thing that he still had his ear piece on, that way he'd know help was on the way, and that he didn't have to worry. His earpiece was similar in structure to a codec from Metal Gear. He heard the trademark 'Ring, ring!' from the games, and quickly pressed his finger to his ear to enable his voice to carry through.

When he heard Runner and Shadow, he smiled. "Hey, you two! Haven't heard your voices for a bit." It was unfortunate he wasn't at HQ to reunite with the others, but oh well, business was business, no matter how procrastinating it seemed. "So, Runner's two miles away, and Shadows only a few blocks. What's the danger, anyway? Leave some for me, then again I might be making a late entrance. Can't even see the thing."

Once on the surface the gears in Alice's back began turning. They opened two panels that were where shoulder blade would have been for a normal human being. And out of them came the metal skeleton of wings, the silver surface tinted with light blue lights running across each 'bone.' Then, to complete them, a net formed between each set until a smooth but strong wing linings. And with that done she took off.

When in the air her eyes zoomed in and out until the target came into clear focus. Unfortunately no jets or anything of the like had been installed thus far so her speed wasn't impressive - not by her standards at least - as she made her way to the intended destination. If it was a robot then perhaps she could tap into its channel and see where its orders were coming from or if it had an AI like hers. Their luck being good enough for her to hack was probably not likely so once in range she would have to scan it as well.

However, before she got there the communication device in her head was turned on as her team mates' voices spoke through it.

    { "I am 2.3 miles away and closing in. Will be scanning for weak points momentarily. Mapping out locations now." }

With that said she changed directions, hoping to come in from behind or at least flank it.

She was obviously disappointed that she was put on a mission her first day there, but at the same time it was expected and would have been odd if it had not occurred. Still, she was hoping she would be able to go home and sleep after all of the business she had to take care of today.

Well... maybe going out and "saving the day" would will wake me up...

"Uh....hello? Runner to Allies. Where's everyone at-erm, I mean...what're your locations? I'm roughly two miles awa."

Aerodaemon realized as she was gliding how slow in reality she was actually going. She was lucky she had even remembered to grab a communicator before she left. Runner was the one that didn't have "superpowers" right?

Maybe he just... runs fast... hehe cause his name is Runner.

Aerodaemon clicked the communicator and spoke, "This is Aero. I am roughly 5 miles away. When you get to location say "yellow" then state who you are."

Although hopefully I am closer when I need to teleport... No need for a tired Aerodaemon...

Aerodaemon ran faster to gain speed and jumped off the roof to glide over the streets, it was faster that what she was initially doing.

"Yellow? Why yellow? What's wrong with a simple I'm there? Talking in code is all well and good but if anyone was listening into the radio they'd have just heard you explain it, it just gets confusing using it for everything." Spirit's voice chimed in on the radio. "But anyway, I'm a couple of blocks away and gaining on Apostle. Better move faster if you don't want to be caught, boy." She giggled as she raced forward on her hoverboard towards Apostle. She had no need to be there first, even if she was she'd just have to wait for the others but she enjoyed a little healthy competition and Apostle was rather fun to race.

She didn't mind the code words and stuff but she just didn't see the need to make anything any more complicated, them reaching their destination was a particularly secret event. She imagined when they arrived, everyone would know about it, so save the code words for stuff that needs it, like battle strategies and attacks. They were all fairly new to this though, so they'd learn as they went along, that was half the fun.

There was actually a reason why Aerodaemon asked for them to say "yellow" as opposed to "I'm here". It was actually a subconscious reason. When she was working for Necro there was a colour code for prioritization. Yellow meant "I need you here right now" which is when she would teleport.

Asking them to say "yellow" was technically telling them to say "I need you here now".

"...you can say 'I'm here' if that's what you want. It really doesn't matter."

She wasn't going to explain how it was code for when she was a villain. Aero didn't trust anyone here with that. Not yet.

"I am now 3 miles away."

Aerodaemon closed her eyes thinking about this whole thing. Why was she doing this in the end and why didn't she just try and get her name cleared. Would her name be cleared if she was finally a hero? She didn't know... she wasn't sure how she was going to truly redeem herself.
"So what gave you the idea that I wanted to help you kill anyone?"
"What if I told you this "anyone" was Captain Soul."
    "...Captain Soul?"
"What if I told you there was also a reward for killing Captain Soul?"
"What if I told you I don't make deals with villains?"
"I will bring you fully back to life for taking the life of the man who took yours."
"He did not take away my life. Ophidian did."
"Noah Davis. You were the only flaw in Captain Soul's streak. He had all the information to come and save you, and chose not to. How does it feel to be the only one who was never saved by the great and marvelous, Captain Soul. The one who saves everyone no matter who they are?"
    "...Terrible."
"So why is taking his life a bad thing if he chose not to save yours?"
"...It's not such a bad thing after all..."
    "So we have a deal?"
    "...you have yourself an apprentice..."

    "Yeowch!"
The blonde haired teen immediately put her right index finger in her mouth, entertaining her tastebuds with a rusty and salty taste. Blood. In her other hand was the culprit to the wound on her finger, a small, silver sewing needle now coated with blood on the tip. Her eyes furrowed at the sharp metal piece, 'That's another one for you but I win this round.' She poked the needle back into the little rag doll that she used as a pin cushion and took her finger out of her mouth. She stared at it for a moment, watching a little red dot form in the middle of it. She liked it clean then wiped her finger on the side of the polka-dot shirt she was wearing. She looked down at what she saw sewing and a smile appeared on her glossed lips. She reached for it, stood up and held it as far as her arms could reach in front of her to look at it more properly. She tilted her head to the side and giggled a bit, completely satisfied with her creation - her new costume!
"Thankfully daddy made this material that'll work with my powers and convert to gas just like I do, huh Razor?" Her hands immediately became this hazy purple and blue smoke and the top she just put together completely followed and became the same mist as well. She grinned as it worked just as it should have, then reverted her hands back to normal - along with the costume. It was a ver loose hoodie type of thing. It had an incredibly large hood, that sat all fluffed up around the neck when not being worn. In the center of where the hood ended and met the body was a big cat-shaped skull that she added mainly because she wanted to. The sleeves were also very large - she chose to make it very loose so that it would be easy for her to work with and move around as well when using her powers. The entire hoodie was striped with purple and pink - not only because she wanted to but also because it was the standard colour her smoke form would usually take. She turned to Razor, her bunny stuffed toy that she removed its arms replacing them with arms with cat paws and adorned its body with demon wings and a pirate eye patch, "Looks like my costume is complete! Do you want to see it?" Silence filled the room for a moment as she stared at her little friend. Then she turned to her other hybrid monster stuffed animals on her bed, "Oh you want to see it too? Okay!"
The ever eccentric Candice leapt into the air and transformed completely into a large purple haze then zoomed across the room. Since she wore her normal clothes, the clothes few along with the purple haze - which was always an odd sight. She reverted back into her human form in her closet. Her feet landed on her fluffy rug and she began grabbing all the parts of her costume: the hoodie that she already held, cat ears, the mask she made the day before, her shorts and the shoes. All of these were made of the same material designed by her father. She changed quickly, then, with one big breath as she was nervous if the material would cooperate, she turned into the purple haze. Whenever she'd do this - she pretty much felt like a ghost - still being able to see everything and anything and still have her mind, just physical contact was very limited, but her soul was pretty much intact. She looked down at the purple haze of what she was - and it was all that she was indeed! A rush of happiness and excitement passed her and she zoomed back into the room, reverting back to human form and landing in front of her bed. she placed her hands on her hips, and did a little twirl, before crying "Tadaa!! Fully functional and completely adorable!" She smiled and giggled, before diving into her soft bed and grabbing Razor in her hands, holding her closely and cuddling up. "Thank you, thank you. I know you love it. I love it too. I can't wait to use it when Daddy and Brother let me have fun in the lab again." She looked down at the one beady eye her bunny friend had and smiled, poking its nose before looking out the window. She wanted to go out again. Her father told her not to, because they didn't know the extent of her powers - but she had already been out of course. She would sneak out into the night and fly across the city. Flying was amazing - of course this was actually just mere traveling, no wings or whatever but nonetheless, it was amazing - beyond fantastic.
! ~ Can't count the years on one hand that we've been together ~ !
Her bright blue eyes lit up at the familiar tune of her ring tone, she whipped her head to the opposite direction, focusing on her pastel pink phone the buzzed on her desk. The numerous, gothic but adorable keychains attached to it made little metal noises on her desk.
! ~ I need the other one to hold you. Make you feel, make you feel better ~ !
The teenager pushed against her bed, sending her up in the air and turning completely into smoke again. Then she zoomed over to her desk, landed in front of it and grabbed it. The caller ID was an unknown number. She wore a confused expression as the song continued on. She looked over at her bed, asking her little Razor for approval to answer the call. 'Well no one actually calls or texts you, might as well answer it.' popped into her mind. She shrugged but then nodded and flipped her phone open,
"Hello? This is Candice speaking. Who's this?"

Apostle's communicator had gone off some time ago but he had ignored it. He wasn't as agile as Runner and using his powers to get around faster would only make him tired again as seen when he tried to keep up with that hover board Spirit used. His magic was powerful and had a wide range of uses, but it was absolutely useless if he was tired. So he cheated. For a few blocks he hitched a ride with on a car that happened to be heading near the chaos before jumping off the roof of it and informing the driver that he should be going the other way. Of course, it was a little strange for a superhero to go around riding on top of cars but it's not like he had some really strong string to sling around on buildings to get around faster.

He was already getting close, hearing the destruction not too far away now. 'I'll just surprise them when I say I got there first!' Spirit was too smug about beating him to the scene. Showing up before everyone else seemed like a good idea. Well, that was until he saw what he was up against. "Uh...guys?" Apostle took cover by the corner of a building, peaking over at the robotic menace. Maybe showing up first wasn't a bright idea. "I think I'll sit tight until you all arrive." If more than just property was in danger, he would have jumped in heroically to save people who would have been in danger. Thankfully, he didn't see anyone around who was in danger of being trampled. Just yet anyways.

"Yup. That thing's a giant robot if I ever saw one. Alice, you don't have any angry relatives we should know about, right?"

"This is Steel. Marcus Steel." Came Marcus's voice from the other line of the phone. "I understand you have some unique gifts that you have yet to try out, Candice. Or should I say, Phantom." His voice was calm, he had no intention of frightening the girl over a call. "I'm sure you know me as the man in charge of the Justice Allies. I'm personally a fan of your father's work. Good man." That was beside the point however. He cleared his throat and continued. "How would you like to prove yourself as a hero to the city? A group of Justice Allies are heading in to fight off something quite large. Simply put, a robot. A big one." There wasn't exactly a more scientific term for it. Giving it a fancy name like The Terminator wasn't on the agenda either. "I know you have a costume ready. So suit up. The city needs you."

Down on the city streets a sharp dressed blond man was enjoying his day, unware of the chaos happening in the city. For the sake of this narrative we'll call him Thomas, a completely ordinary citizen currently on his day off. He smiled to himself, humming a little tune while smoking a cigarette, enjoying the nice weather. He usually never gets to enjoy the weather while going on walks, he was mostly nocturnal. Yep, today was a good day and he could tell nothing was going to ruin it. Not an alien invasion, not some supervillain, not mobsters going on a rampage, no giant robots. Nothing. Especially, not right now.

    Rumble.... Rumble....

"Eh?" he stopped walking as he felt tremors. Odd, he thought as the tremors continued and increase in intensity. Those are... Those are impact tremors, that's... fairly alarming.

Slowly he turned around in the direction the tremors were coming from, and there he saw turning the corner down the street was a massive robot. It was humanoid in appearance, with exposed coils connecting various parts of its body, three fingered hands, two metal panels on its right shoulder, and overall pretty bulky. Tossing his cigarette away he turned from the giant lumbering death machine and calming tucked his hands into his pockets and began walking away.

Nope, he thought to himself as panicked crowds of people ran past him. There goes my good day.

He didn't turn around to see if the machine was getting closes, he could feel it moving in his direction. He slowly began picking up speed in walk, now skipping every so often to do so. Sure enough he broke into a sprint to put distance between himself and the robot.

"Why did it have to be a giant robot," he asked aloud to himself. "Why couldn't it have been a giant rabbit? Sure it still would have been dangerous, but hey bunnies!"

From the corner of his vision he spotted an allyway. This was his chance to get away from the machine, it was too big and bulky to navigate such a narrow area. Ducking in to the ally he began making his way to the other side.

"Yep," he said. "Next day off I'm staying home."

    "This is Steel. Marcus Steel."

Candice's eyes widened and jaw tensed as she heard the deep voice in the other line. Her bright blue eyes darted from the phone, which she glared suspiciously at, then moved to her little Razor slumping on the bed. She silently mouthed it a 'Who the hell is this guy?' along with a very confused expression. However, she stayed quiet and continued to listen in curiously.

"I understand you have some unique gifts that you have yet to try out, Candice. Or should I say, Phantom."

'Ph-phantom? Phantom. Phantom! I like the sound of that. I actually really do. Wow. This guy is good... Wait a second, how in the world did he know my name? And my powers????' Her mind was unsettled but the tone of the man from the other line was very calming so she wasn't scared even though she was absolutely puzzled. Before she could open her mouth to begin speaking, the deep voice came from the other line again.

"I'm sure you know me as the man in charge of the Justice Allies. I'm personally a fan of your father's work. Good man."

JUSTICE ALLIES? He just said the Justice Allies! Why was the man in charge of the Justice Allies calling her? How did he know her father personally? Were they close? How come she never heard of him? As he paused from speaking for a moment, Candice decided to think over why she had never heard of him. Sure it was familiar, but if her father ever mentioned the leader of the Justice Allies - a group she looked up to ever since she discovered her powers - she would definitely remember it. Her father probably mentioned his name during one of those days he'd bring her over to the laboratory. That was probably why she never remembered - she never really listened to her father inside of the laboratory unless it was about her powers.

"How would you like to prove yourself as a hero to the city? A group of Justice Allies are heading in to fight off something quite large. Simply put, a robot. A big one."

She gasped out excitedly, unable to keep her thoughts in her mind any longer. She began jumping up and down, squealing into the phone as she grinned from ear to ear and excitedly showed a thumbs-up to Razor along with the rest of her stuffed animals. "R-really?! I'm in the Justice Allies? Like, THE Justice Allies?! I'm going to be a hero?!" she began squealing once more, shutting her eyes and balling her hands into fists while leaping into the air. This was absolutely exciting - she couldn't even handle it.

"I know you have a costume ready. So suit up. The city needs you."

Her smile immediately disappeared for a moment, "Now how the hell did you know about my costume?" she snaps out loud but before she could get an answer, the line on the other end dropped. She pulled her hand back and made a what-the-hell expression as she looked down at her pastel phone. She gave out a small sigh and placed it in her short's pocket. She looked over at Razor "Is my boss a peeping tom...? Is he watching right now?!" she immediately turned around to the walls of her room, eyeing them suspiciously. Was he some kind of super hero like her? Maybe his power was invisibility.... Then, she suddenly remembers the whole point of the phone call she just had with the man she suspected. The Justice Allies! She had to go to the city! Save people and things and the big robot and just be cool!! Remembering all of this hyped her up and she did a little dance in her place, still not over from the excitement. She turned back to her little bunny friend, "Look! I'm all suited up and ready and ahh! Razor I'm going to do it! I'm going to be a hero!" The excited teen winks cheekily at her stuffed friend, posing with a peace/victory sign on her right hand and bringing it to her face. "Wish me luck!" With that, she leaps into the air and transforms completely into her purple haze, zooming out of her room and into the city skies.

Knowing where to go wasn't difficult: people screaming and running the opposite direction, the shaking of the ground and obviously - the big robot up ahead. She flew past the people running, cutting around them very easily with her powers. She continued to move forward, searching through the crowd for other people like her - yes, the Justice Allies. It wasn't difficult to spot them either - all suited up for the challenge ahead. She saw them all by a nearby building. She picked up her speed and zoomed behind all of them. With a puff of smoke she appeared in her human form in complete costume. She brought her right hand up to a salute and grinned at the group before exclaiming, "Candi- I mean, Phantom here! Reporting as your newest Justice Allies Member."

Runner listened to everyone's comments, but stayed quiet. He didn't really have anything else to say. The young hero tensed his body before springing himself from the roof's ledge. Even though he was obviously falling, to Runner, it felt like he was flying. The wind pushed against his body, as if it wanted him to soar. The next roof grew closer, Runner rolled mid-air. He closed his eyes, not worrying about how close to becoming a roof-top pancake he was, and allowed the city to place him where he should be. He felt his body jerk as it stopped and opened his eyes; he was now crouched on the next roof, thanking whatever god was listening for giving him perfect 'free-running abilities.' Pressing a finger to his earpiece again, he uttered a simple phrase, "Yellow. Runner," and leapt backwards without looking. A single backflip, the city 'jumping' over him, and Runner landed in the alleyway between the buildings, near his teammates. He looked around, nodding to all of them (Apostle, Dragonness, Aerodaemon, Spirit, Shadow, Alice, Enerjak). "Looks like we all ma-"

"Candi- I mean, Phantom here! Reporting as your newest Justice Allies Member."

    "WAIT, WHAT?"

    Elsewhere,
"Let's see the Sanction stop me now," laughed a hoarse voice. Even though the figure was in a warehouse, the view in front of him was downtown. The "pilot" of the giant robot terrorizing downtown was able to use the large goggles over his head to see what the robot saw as he typed commands on the keyboard in front of him. He could see all of the civilians running in fear, yelling for help, begging for mercy, calling for the Sanction, and he reveled in it. As the giant robot stepped forward, the figure laughed again. "Call the Sanction! Even they can't defeat my newest creation! The Tanker Mark II is indestructible!" Of course, the rest of the city couldn't hear him, but that didn't mean that he couldn't gloat. Pressing a few keys, the figure commanded the Tanker to lift up a vehicle and hurl it into a building. "No one can stop the Mechaman now!"

"Is this thing on? Testing. 1. 2. 3. Good." Through the Allies' earpieces Steel's voice came loud and clear speaking to all of them. "This is Phantom. She'll be joining you. Don't let me keep you all from fighting now. Go and save the day! Good luck!"

"Wait, what?" Apostle said in surprise, just as Runner had done seconds earlier. It was too late to question Steel now. The call was disconnected by now. He scratched the back of his head, unsure of what to think. Just as the new girl introduced herself, Steel had called just to make it "official". That man was too confusing. Of all the humans he had met, Steel was the hardest to read. Still, Apostle trusted the man's judgment.

He twirled the cane in hand and took a good look at the new Ally. Maybe more than just a look. She was dressed strangely, which is saying something coming from a person joined by a bunch of suited up heroes, but outside of her outfit the blonde was actually quite--He coughed, averting his eyes. "The name's Apostle, but you can just call me Apostle." As much as introductions were needed, now wasn't the time or place for it. "Hm." He looked at the giant robot as it trashed the street with each step it took.

With a second glance, he could discern more from it this time. There were some exposed wires. Apostle wasn't a master of technology but he figured that cutting wires wouldn't be a good thing for that robot. He had just the tool for that job, but no way to get close and he certainly couldn't cut all of them by himself. 'And maybe those wires are just for show. Cutting them could be a waste of time.' He looked at the others. "I want to get close to that thing and cut those wires." Apostle wasn't the type to give orders. "Unless someone else has a better idea."

"That is a gigantic son of a tin can." Having arrived, he saw the robot in it's entirety, and it was scary. They were definitely not going to have an easy time taking it down, but maybe they could distract it long enough for the Sanction to arrive? But Steel said that they were busy someplace else in the world, didn't he? Meaning that they might just have to be the ones to save the city. Oh well, atleast Enerjak would have a new challenge. He looked around for Runner, the only one that wasn't there yet. Would he be late? Nah, he couldn't be, he was named Runner for a reason after all. And at that moment, he had just noticed Runner back flip his way in to the alley. "Just in time. I was wondering when you'd get h--"

"Candi- I mean, Phantom here! Reporting as your newest Justice Allies Member."

At the unfamiliar voice, he quickly turned around, and right in front of him was a girl in a...unique costume. What really freaked him out was the fact that she was definitely not there before. Did she also mention newest member? "How the heck did you..." He was interrupted by Apostle's strange introduction. He grinned, thinking that he had some feelings for the new girl. Once the job was done, he would have some fun teasing him.

"I want to get close to that thing and cut those wires. Unless someone else has a better idea."

"Nope, sounds like a good idea to m--Oh great, it's throwing cars around. Bye guys!" He jumped on to a nearby building wall, and kicked off to the other side, and repeated this pattern, wall jumping to the top. The car was just about to make contact with the building. Knowing he wouldn't get there without boosting, he quickly charged his energy in to his legs. "C'mon, c'mon..." He launched himself towards the car, and grabbed it by the front, then landed, skidding to a stop. Letting go, he looked back, and the car didn't look in good shape. The wheels were flattened, and he saw his hand mark on the hood. "...Well, better some than none." He changed focus to the robot, and looked for the wires. He found them, and in multiple places. But which ones to attack? "Eenee meenee...Arm!" He climbed back on to the roof of the building, and prepared himself to launch straight at the wire. "Going to go for the right arm's wires." He let his teammates know, so they wouldn't get in the way, or know where he was incase he was needed.

This time, he charged his entire form, just in case. Shining, he smirked. "You got this...Jump at a giant robot, what's the worst that could happen? GERONIMO!" He jumped towards the right arm of the robot, hoping that he wouldn't get slapped as a response.

    "WAIT, WHAT?"
"Is this thing on? Testing. 1. 2. 3. Good. This is Phantom. She'll be joining you. Don't let me keep you all from fighting now. Go and save the day! Good luck!"
    "Wait, what?"
The teenager giggled excitedly, even jumping slightly in her place. "Yup that's me!" she grins. She loved how surprised and shocked they were, how much their faces lit up and voices rised in surprise, it made her so ecstatic about everything. She also loved her introduction from Mr. Steel, how perfect his timing was and how abrupt and simple he put it.
"The name's Apostle, but you can just call me Apostle."
Candice stared at him for a moment, with a curious expression, before turning to the others then back at the man who introduced himself. She giggles again, but this time half bitterly, "Apostle-Apostle...? Man, you guys are weird - and that's without considering our suits and powers!" she released a solid laugh out of this for a moment, then stood up straight with her hands at her hips, smiling "Looks like I should fit right in, then."
"I want to get close to that thing and cut those wires. Unless someone else has a better idea."
"Nope, sounds like a good idea to m--Oh great, it's throwing cars around. Bye guys!"
She waved to the guy who took off quickly before she remembered what Apostle-Apostle first said and gasped excitedly clapping her hands together of the plan, squealing happily "OOH! OOH! I can help! I can help LOOK!" she took a few steps back before she crouched a bit with her arms stretched out back to prepare herself not only for a jump, but a backflip. She looked at them with a smirk, making sure they were watching, then she took off from the ground in a great leap. Once she flipped backwards, as her back was parallel to the ground, her body did its transformation. Her entire body changed into the purple-blue haze. For a moment, she floated there suspended as a mysterious colored smoke. Then, she circled around the entire group to show that she could travel through the air before she went back to where she was last and landed on her feet. "And to help with the wire cutting, I have this!" she conjured this wave of smoke from her right hand, then it started to shape into a large hammer made of smoke. Then, suddenly, the weapon took into a solid form. It was not purple anymore, and it was now bright orange and incredibly large. "I know it looks like a toy, but this really packs a punch I promise!" she smiled at them all brightly, with her big blue eyes and an incredibly eager expression.

Aerodaemon had heard "Yellow, Runner" and stopped herself in the street. She recalled Runner and pictured him in her mind. She raised up her arms and quickly materialized into the air. After not even a second she rematerialized near Runner and took a deep breath and kept herself standing straight. It was only a few moments after when she heard.

"Candi- I mean, Phantom here! Reporting as your newest Justice Allies Member."

Aerodaemon couldn't help but chuckle. They pick up new members fast don't they.

"This is Phantom. She'll be joining you. Don't let me keep you all from fighting now. Go and save the day! Good luck!"

Yup, I got the Phantom notice. So we have a Spirit and a Phantom now? I am going to mix this up. Maybe I should drop the Daemon... I want a coffee right now so badly.

She listened to others great themselves, she figured she would introduce herself later to Phantom, right now wasn't exactly the ideal time. However what really caught her attention was Phantom's powers. She literally turned into a puff of pink smoke... or, something like that? She watched Phantom conjure up a hammer and when it turned full color Aerodaemon was seriously impressed.

She bit her lip and looked over at the robot. "Wires? Depends how tough the wires are."

Aerodaemon pulled out 2 daggers and threw them up in the air before she swung her arm extremely fast, sending the daggers soaring towards the wires at a high speed on a gust of air she created.
