Heroes!!!

"I just played a song on the hardest setting with the tv off." he said.

 

"Cool!" Erin said

"show off" Anna said

"Anna!"

"did I say something wrong?"

 

"she's just not very nice" Erin said

 

Max laughed. "I wonder how far my powers go." he said a little too loud.

 

"powers?" Erin said in shock

 

"Huh? Oh I guess now I can't hide it." Max showed them his iphone. It was playing a video clip were a guy ran up a wall and did a backflip. "Wanna see me in action?"

 

"sure" Erin said

*Anna wached*

 

Max backed up. He then ran at the wall. At the last second, his foot touched the wall and he ran up it. He then pushed off of itand did a backflip, He landing was solid.

 

"wow!" Erin said

"so you're one of us?" Anna asked

 

"What do you mean?"

 

*Erin looked around to make sure noone was looking then turned invisuble*

"that's what I meen" Anna said

 

"I guess I am." Max chuckled. "I thought there was only me."

 

"nope! you aint that lucky!" Erin said turing visebul

 

"I bet if we had a contest, n=most of the time I would win."

 

"oh yah?" Anna asked

 

Leila heard the conversation loud and clear and grinned thinking of all the possiblities. 'Maybe... things will be different, I'm one of them after all...' she thought taking off her headphones.

"Couldn't help but hear..." she didn't mean to butt in but curiosty took over. "You guys have powers too."

 

"Yeah." Max said to Anna. He turned to the girl. "what is your name and power?" Max asked.

 

"yah!" erin said happey to meet people like him and Anna

 

"heh..." Leila couldn't help but laugh a bit, stiffling it to a small giggle. "My name is Leila, and I have bionic hearing. I can hear people's heartbeats, so I know if they're nervous or in pain just by the way the beats are heard... it's kind of sensitive though..."
