A comeback of the series Heroes is happening 2015! NBC isn't saying anything about returning cast members but they say it's a possibility. Before the 13 episode miniseries premiers NBC will "launch a digital series that will introduce the new characters and story lines". Source

Everyone realistically started to walk away from the series season 3 Spoiler when everyone started losing their powers but worst of all Peter got a lamer power Even still i'm so happy to see heroes coming back it was always supposed to have a 5th season but it got cancelled on NBC I believe 2015 will be a good year
I hope they actually know where they' re going with it this time.The first season was incredible, a nice and slow build up towards a great finale. The second season, though not nearly as good, was still decent. And then all of a sudden continuity got raped. Third season and beyond was a silly thing. But it didn' t stop at silly. It rolled straight over silly, smashing through stupid without stopping and then barreling into a kind of big middle finger to its audience without so much as a speed bump to slow it down.
And then to finish up it left us in a blank with the save the cheerleader save the word quote and to be continued. Hopefully now that it's coming back they're learning from what went wrong. But it's not exactly season 5, it's reborn meaning it could be a whole new cast or a different type of sequel future sequel or something. I'm not sure but all I know is I'm still looking forward to it.
There will be an entirely new cast. There's a very good possibility for other existing characters to return but it will focus on new characters. Presumably this will be on the aftermath of: Spoiler Claire showing the world that people with powers exist. So it might be a few years after that event.
That's pretty cool news hey! I used to love this show. I got so confused and started losing my place around the end of season 2 and just never really got back into it... Hoping for the return of Claire (so long as it doesn't affect KH again >_>), Niki and Hiro cause they were awesome.
Unfortunately for you, Niki isn't going to come back. Ever. Unless you mean the actress...in which case it might be possible.
I'm just...confused as to why they're choosing to continue this series. Nobody's talking about it (except now, of course,) and the last time the series was relevant, it was hugely flawed (season 3 and season 4 ugh.) Perhaps it's an attempt at emulating the success being seen by Marvel's recent films. That seems like the best explanation so far. I don't know how to feel about Heroes Reborn to be honest. I loved the first two seasons of the original Heroes TV series, but once season 3 started, the writing became a mess, and so I kind of fear that eventually this new series will hit that wall too.
I think that is the best way to go about it to be honest I just hope they keep sylar, for the most part he was the most interesting focus of the series for me personally and to be honest not to preech I think he was the most interesting for most people.
