"I should probably just let Jamei sleep now..."

"I'm sure you would." Casey chuckled.

Lyra came out of the bathroom,pulling a face,she went into the kitchen to get a drink of water so she could wash the foul taste away "The only downfall of having a baby..."she muttered

 

"Morning sickness...?" Casey asked, he'd already been up for quite a while working on his project.

 

she nodded"Not as bad as it was with the twins...a little better than with Cory....but its still there."she said

"Auntie Lyra....has-?"

"Not yet sweetie..."Lyra said,picking Ronan up and sitting him in a chair "He'll come soon...Promise."


Ronan's little shoulder's slumped but he nodded

 

"Don't look so worried kiddo." Casey chuckled patting his nephew's head. "He'll be here soon."

 

He nodded

she smiled,Ronan was such a sensitive little boy,but he knew what was wrong and wanted to know why...it pained her to see a three year old worry about his father.

 

"So where are the other little monsters?"

 

"Maddie and Mickey are still asleep...I think Cory's watching T.v in his room."

 

"Ahh, okay. Sounds about right." Casey chuckled.

 

Just then there was a loud pop as Jordan appeared

"Dad!"


"Hey pal.."Jordan said "did you have fun?"

 

"About time you showed up Jordan."

 

"I slept in....coming in at-"

"Ronan....go sit with Cory....I need to talk to your daddy.."


his brown eyes went wide,then he nodded,sensing Jordan was in trouble.

Jordan groaned"What've I done now?"


"what do you think?!"she snapped

 

"I would of thought it was pretty obvious what you've done wrong, and if it isn't I seriously question your logic let alone your parenting skills." Casey joined in, folding his arms and leaning against the kitchen counter.

 

"I went out, so what? I got a little drunk....big whoop...story of my life....whats the problem? and what about my parenting skills?"


"The problem.."she said crossing her arms" Jordan is that your Son thinks Lisa left because of him and he thinks your going to leave too....what does that tell you about your parenting when your 3 year old is wondering if his father will come home?"

 

"I know if I had Mickey or Cory asking about me like that I'd think more then twice about my lifestyle." Casey said. "Children come first Jordan, no matter how sh*t your life gets."

 

"He knows im not going anywhere..."Jordan said "he knows Im not doing good just now...but he also knows things will get better."

"Its been months Jordan...your not getting over her....and you need too....because your worrying people."


"why should anyone worry?"

"with the way your going....theres every reason to worry.....have you ever thought about the damage your doing to yourself by going out and getting into the state you do? what if you end up seriously ill...or worse?"

 

"Listen to your sister, seriously. I'm just saying that because she's my wife, she's right. This has gone past just being upset, you're wrecking your life and scaring your children."
