"Your right Casey...your just sooo good at being the best that they're giving you a chocolate watch!"

He nodded "I'll tell my side of the family when you tell yours....dont worry about James...he's clueless and harmless....he's only staying here just now because dad kicked him out for his attitude.."Alex said rolling his eyes "Ah...what it is like to be 13 and think your alwas right...."

 

"Good, I like chocolate." Casey grinned happily.

"When I was thirteen I didn't think I was right. I knew I was." Elle giggled. "We should really tell them soon though, I mean it has been four months."

 

she smiled"so is that you finished your project then?"


he grinned,then nodded"yeah....wow.time flies..."

 

"Pretty much. Just a little more to add onto the end." Casey nodded, letting go of her and going over to the pile. Which he had to admit, he was very proud of.

"Yeah, it really does." Elle smiled happily at him.

 

"But its such a big pile already.....I though you'd finished"she laughed


he smiled back

 

"Well I have been working on it for the last two years." Casey chuckled. "And you know I have giant hand writing. It's just the evaluation left, that's all. It'll take me a hour or two and then I'm done. So I'll get it sorted when your brother's kids go."


Elle leant over towards him, being careful not to disturb Jamei. She softly pressed her lips against his.

 

"Speaking of my brother....remind me to give him a earfull tomorrow."


he smiled against the kiss

 

"I'm guessing he's gotten himself absolutely hammered, once again." Casey sighed sitting down behind his pile of work.

She pulled away slightly and sighed happily.

 

" 'Absolutley hammered ' isnt the word for it....and its not that you know my dad's been ill right? with his heart? Jordan's doing this and its worrying dad....even Mum says its not good for him to worry...but Jordan's doing what Jordan wants! god he didnt even have a proper relationship with Lisa....she called Ronan a accident in the dark and Zarrah a mistake that she wished she'd go rid of! "Lyra ranted


he grinned

 

"Calm down Ly, you won't be doing the baby any good by getting all worked up." He said, standing up once again and stepping over to her.

Elle grinned back.

 

"Your right.....your right"she breathed "its just....It isnt fair on Jordan or those two kids....but Jordan's only making it worse....you know Ronan asked me if it was his fault Lisa left them? He's worried that Jordan will go too..."

"so...what we doing tomorrow?"

 

Casey sighed and shook his head. "We need to talk to your brother... And soon."

"I don't mind, what do you think?"

 

"I plan too..."she said"before he loses the kids too."


"annoy someone? I feel like annoying someone with my presense."

 

"Good, I say tomorrow morning. That way it's less time for him to screw more up."

"I don't see how anyone could find you annoying." Elle said sweetly.

 

she nodded"snap him out of this nonsense before he gets liver disease of something."


"If Im around family long enough...I can wear down their nerves...Works all the time with Lyra and Jordan."he grinned as if amused by this

 

"Good idea. Last thing those kids need is a dying father."

"Well maybe we should try it on one of your relatives then." Elle giggled.

 

my granddad? kinda dont wanna bug auntie lily...she's on a short fuse with Jordan and what with uncle Lewis being ill..."

"might have a dying mother if I get a hold of her though.."

 

"Fine by me." Elle nodded. "I don't want to upset anyone any more then they already are, Jordan's doing a good job on his own."

"You can hardly call that stone hearted slag a mother..."

 

"Hasnt he always? its like a talent."


"You've got a point...No mother would abandon her kids."

 

"I'm not too sure if it's a talent, but it's certainly a gift." Elle giggled.
