Here we go again

she looked stunned"You did...how'd he take it?"



"I dunno....but if its bad I'll help you beat him up ok...just not today...ok?"Jordan said

 

"He seemed disgusted that he'd ever gone near me..." She said, finally calming down enough to speak without every word being broken up by a hiccuping sob.

"I swear to god I'll kill him if it's bad."

 

"Seriously? that doesnt sound like Him...Elle what else happened?"

should we go check on Elle?"

 

"Th-That's about it..." She mumbled, wiping her eyes.

"Maybe, but I think Lyra's handling it. Too many people might make it worse."

 

"Come on....lets get you cleanned up."Lyra said offering her hand to Elle to help her up


"Right."

 

Elle took Lyra's hand and pulled herself up. "I just want to die..."

"Maybe we should just ask Alex what happened?" Casey shrugged.

 

"Your not gonna deck him...are you?"

"Shhh Elle...dont talk like that..."Lyra said hugging her slightly

 

"Depends what his reason is." Casey said quickly jumping over the table and landing on the other side.

"I do though..." She sobbed, wiping his face again.

 

"No you dont..."Lyra said leading her into a bathroom so she could wash

Jordan sighed and followed Casey

 

"I do..." She replied again as she was lead away, unwilling to resist.

"Hey!" Casey said walking over to Alex. "What the hell just happened?"

 

"Stop saying that."

Alex had sat back down,looking at the bar top he said"Nothing...she's drunk "

"didnt look like nothing."

 

"But I do... I don't have a future so what's the point in putting myself through all the craap...?"

"That wasn't drunk Elle, that was very, very upset Elle. I've never actually seen her in that state before, what the hell happened?"

 

"what about Jamei? your mum? Casey? everyone?"

"Nothing...it....well it does matter but....not right now."

"what doesnt matter right now?"Jordan asked

 

"Jamei'd be better off with someone else looking after her..."

"I don't care when it matters, I want to know what made my sister run of crying."

 

"she needs her mother."


"Give me time to figure this all out ok?"

 

"Please, I'm not a mother... I'm a permanent baby sitter..."

Casey folded his arms and glared at him.

 

"Leave it just now Casey..."He said "we can always ask the girls."

"Elle.."lyra sighed

 

"I guess." Casey sighed grumpily.

"It's true..." She said sinking down onto the floor.

 

"Its not and you know it."

Jordan headed back to the table

 

"It is..."

Casey snorted slightly and followed after Jordan.
